4.5 stars. Some of the best breakfast food we've found in the Fort Worth area (not a super high bar so far however). Especially enjoyed the Chilaquiles, Huevos Rancheros, and Biscuit and Gravy. The shoestring fries were decidedly not shoestring and a little undercooked, but well seasoned and served with a delicious house aioli. For those of us who like both savory and sweet at brunch, a single pancake is large enough to be a side for a couple of people. That said, whatever syrup they give you is quite thin and not very good. Prices are reasonable. Service was friendly and quick, if maybe a little over stretched for the full Sunday brunch rush. Likewise the parking lot is just a little bit too small for the Sunday crowd. When full, the restaurant is very bustling and very loud - your mileage may vary on whether that's a plus or a minus. For us, we're looking forward to coming back for a weekday breakfast or brunch.

We were excited to try out Urban Egg. My husband and I came for brunch. The service was absolutely fantastic. Our server was very attentive and answered all our questions and gave great recommendations! We got the cinnamon rolls, tamale Benedict, traditional Benedict, and fruit yogurt parfait. Everything was delicious. So happy to finally have a place locally that makes a great egg benefit. We also got a delicious latte and mimosa. Very happy with our experience here and can't wait to come back. Update: We came back for more and once again they didn't disappoint! Pancake flight, Steak & Eggs, Chilaquilles, and Biscuit with Sage Sausage Gravy. Absolutely delicious and service was amazing, once again!

Saw this place pop up recently and was pleasantly surprised by the food. We ordered the chicken and waffles Benedict, Dave’s hot chicken Benedict, chilaquiles, and the gourmet pancake trio (strawberry chzcake, blueberry, & cinnamon roll). The only thing I didn’t really like was the hot chicken Benedict. It was really saucy like too much sauce saucy. The shoestring fries were also not the best but maybe because I like regular sized fries and that was the only fries option. The strawberry cheesecake pancake was phenomenal. So good and would probably go there just to order this as a dessert. Chicken and waffles were good and the chicken was good crispiness.

Myself and my two daughters went to enjoy a Saturday brunch. On arrival the two hosts were amazing and very welcoming - we were seating immediately. Our waiter “Billy I think” was also very welcoming and had great recommendations when asked about the menu. We placed our order. Food came out quickly and when attempting to place in-front of me the food handler dropped piping hot gravy on my arm and shirt and pant. I heard the guy that just dropped piping hot gravy on me say whoops this is the wrong table. The food they placed infront of my two small children was taking away and a quick apology. Three random people came Out to ask if I was okay. The now general manager apologize and told me she would take care of our meal. Issue resolved right?

WRONG

Our very friendly waiter brought out total - it’s not a check it’s a handheld device. And said only my order was taken off. Total $88 at that time. I said that’s ridiculous she said she would take care of our meal - he was gone for 7 minutes and returned to say the masher gave an EXTRA discount of 10% brought our ticket town to $77. I paid there at the table. It’s not the waiters fault.

When leaving I requested the manager and she said well at the table I told you I would take care of your meal. I said no you said you would take care of it - that’s the whole meal. She argued again and I asked if that’s normal to have hot gravy spilt on a guest when the food brought out wasn’t even for the right table - she rolled her eyes and said I can’t comp the alcohol I said yes I am aware there are 3 mimosas on the ticket, I need proof of the credits back. She left and brought back the receipt crediting the meals back.

I am glad she made things right but ridiculous it had to take that long. I will never return to...

Headline: Friendly staff, sadly everything else missed the mark —

We were excited to try this place, but the visit went downhill the moment we approached the entrance. There was a very strong sulfur/rotten-egg–type odor in the air (think burned-egg/flatulence) that was hard to ignore. We tried to tell ourselves it might be coming from somewhere else, but the smell wrapped around the outdoor seating as well, so it followed us even after we moved outside.

On the bright side, the staff were warm and had a cute, welcoming vibe — they were actually the highlight of the experience. Unfortunately the food didn’t live up to that energy. We ordered an omelet, Belgian pearl waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and hashbrowns. The waffles were the best thing on the table — tasty — but arrived cold and with melted whipped cream. The omelet was cold. The scrambled eggs tasted processed, like a boxed mix rather than freshly made. The hashbrowns were greasy and heavily seasoned with a flavor that didn’t pair with breakfast at all — not edible for us. The biscuits looked promising but were cold, and the bacon was just okay, nothing special.

Bottom line: friendly staff and one good waffle don’t make up for a pervasive odor and several cold or poorly seasoned dishes. I wouldn’t go back, we’d pick a different...

Definitely a well decorated spot with decent food. If you’re looking for a new post to try, I think it’s worth the attempt. Compared to others in the area - 360 Brunch, Eggtastic, I’d rank it last unfortunately. We always order for our family of 8, two adults, others are kiddos. Service was great, host, servers, all very educated on the brand and menu. Great service but the food was pretty basic - I had a Protein Bowl. It was again, okay but I prefer the bowl options at the other two breakfast restaurants that we go to. We also like good coffee and I think Eggtastic has the best. Our kiddos also weren’t the top fans of the food - waffle, pancakes, etc. Fresh fruit is fresh, good and diced a good size for the kids but they didn’t eat the hashbrowns or the pancakes. Overall, okay to try but we will likely go with our local options. Also worth noting, it was more expensive than what we usually spend and we ordered one less meal this time. Prices are slightly higher but this means increased overall expense.

Update: we ordered a to go meal for my wife who was working from home. We ordered the garden bowl which is supposed to be vegetarian option and upon giving it to my wife, it had pulled pork and sausage in it. Definitely the...
