I haven't been since they updated the interior in May, and today was my first time back. We walked right in to sit with the rest of our party. Our server was so-so. She could use some cheer and making sure orders are made correctly. We ordered pumpkin cinn-a-stack pancakes with a side of over medium eggs, tres leches pancakes and a side of fruit, and t-bone steak & eggs with crepes instead of pancakes. The food took 25+ minutes to arrive. The T-bone steak that was supposed to be cooked medium rare arrived rare. The steak had a light sear on the outside and 100% uncooked on the inside. We had to return it to avoid getting sick. The steak returned over cooked, with no pink in the inside and tough. The steak lacked flavor and the meat had an odd taste. It was the worst steak I have ever eaten. Even though we asked that the pancakes be swapped for crepes, the waitress gave us pancakes. She replaced them with the crepes when she was notified. Both sets of over medium eggs were cooked over easy. The cooks definitely don't know how to follow specific cooking instructions. The pumpkin cinn-a-stack pancakes were good. They tasted just like a cinnamon roll. I enjoyed those and felt full eating two plus two fried eggs. The tres leches pancakes had too strong of a vanilla flavor and were very sugary. It does not follow the flavor profile of tres leches. The side of fruit was a sad sight. You could tell it was old and had been sitting for awhile. It was like the clearance precut fruit at a grocery store. If I can avoid group meet-ups here, I will. The amount of errors that occurred during this visit were just too many. If I return, it will only be because another person has made the meeting, and I will only trust myself to order a basic stack of pancakes.

I sauntered into that IHOP joint on a late Saturday night, and I was hungrier than a comedian searching for a laugh. I ordered the sirloin steak, fries, and rice combo, and, just for kicks, I threw in a side of banana strawberry pancakes - a hearty stack of 6 of those bad boys! Now, I gotta admit, I hadn't eaten all day, so this feast felt like the appetizer to the real meal I should've ordered, but time was not on my side. But let me tell you, the waiter over there, this guy's memory was better than mine when I'm trying to remember my wife's birthday. He didn't jot a thing down, just kept all my crazy requests stored up in his noggin. The steak? It was seasoned to perfection, like it had just been to a stand-up comedy workshop - not too salty, not too bland, just right. The fries were crispy as heck, with the perfect amount of salt, and the rice? It was as moist and soft as a well-crafted punchline. Now, I didn't go for anything fancy to wash it down; just some good ol' H2O. You know, you can't go wrong with water. So, in a nutshell, IHOP, you may not be a five-star Michelin joint, but you sure know how to serve up a solid, satisfying meal. Thanks for filling my belly, and thanks to the waiter with the mental notepad.

We went to this location the other night on National Pancake day for the free short stack. The waitress wasn't rude or anything, she just never came to check on us after the food arrived (quite quickly I might add.) I didn't expect to get high service since it was a freebie day. Pancakes were...ok. They were free. There was no syrup served with the pancakes, we just found a random one on a nearby table but it only had on a few ounces left it. I guess they weren't going to refill them until free pancake day was over. The booth we sat in needs an upgrade, that's all I'll say about the ambience. Didn't get any napkins with the food. Also didn't ask (didn't want to press my luck on freebie day). Also, with the syrup dispenser being so sticky, I wanted to clean my hands. No sanitizer available, although the manager did look for it. All in all, it was an ok experience. I imagine they were probably bombarded that day with folks looking for free pancakes so me and my daughter ate ours quickly without bothering the waitress, then cleaned up after ourselves and left.

I placed an online order online with an estimated time of pick up of 45 minutes. I purposely did this because I had to get my car serviced about 3 miles down from the establishment. Got back to Ihop 10 min after my pick up time. When I initially walked in the waitress was just looking at me not saying anything. She finally asked if she could help me and I let her know I was picking up an online order for ELIZABETH. She says there's no order by that name and goes to the back and starts yelling in Spanish. While she is doing that two more waitresses approach me and ask me how I spell my name. The first lady comes back and asks me did I have the right address from which I pull up my confirmed order with the address of the location. She then asks me how do I spell my name (mind you this is the third time I'm asked) . I just feel like too much time had passed at this point an apology should have taken place and an offer to make my food again FREE should have taken place. None of that happened. I'm highly annoyed at this point. The manager comes up and asks me literally the same exact question concerning my name, then asked my did I place an order through uber (Do you see where I'm going here????? Seems like excuses were being made instead of a resolution) the manager then states my food was given to an Uber order with the name Elisa ☹️.......................... No apology nothing until I requested a refund of my money. Then she apologized. Ugh. Major slip up in my opinion and no one wanted to take fault for it. I chose this establishment because if the rating. I travelled 15 minutes out of my way to come here. It's disappointing to...
