Oishii Fort Worth was amazing! From the moment we stepped in the door and the wonderfully charismatic hostess Alex greeted us, to talking to the very friendly and knowledgeable Gary, Cassidy & Nick at the bar, to being checked on more than once by Eddie the GM, the personal experience was top notch! Gary recommended the Strong as an Ox cocktail when I was ready to order an Old Fashioned and then proceeded to make one of the best drinks I have had! I will be trying out Cassidy's margarita making skills next time though. The crab rangoons were some of the best I've had. The Cowboy roll (with braised tenderloin on top!) was a deliciously excellent choice by my husband, and my go to of Shrimp Fried rice was well above average in both presentation and taste! Went on a slow Thursday night. I moved my plate up to make room for the menu and there was a few strands of lettuce. Which whatever maybe they missed something. I picked it up closer to me and notice it was sticky. Flipped it over and it was this 🤢. They must've stacked this clean plate on dirty plates and then repurposed this plate back out. We love the grapevine location but this seriously grossed me out. The food is noticeably worse than the grapevine location. The wontons in the ceviche were not as great. We got some other salmon dish and was overly salty. Overall, if you're spending this much, just make the drive to the grapevine location. Better specialty rolls at that location as well. Pho was overly salty....
