It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Fort Worth

TL;DR: Really high quality food & lots of it for a great price, but waited well over an hour for our food and received the wrong flavors & were missing items.

The Good: The food was delicious & there was lots of it for a great price!

The Bad: We didn’t receive all the flavors or the extra ranches that we ordered.

The Ugly: Our order was supposed to be ready at 8:11PM. My husband arrived at 8:10 and checked in as instructed. At 8:40, he was still waiting, so I called the restaurant and was told the food was being carried out as we spoke.

At 8:50, the food still has not been brought to my husband, but he saw another car receive a bag from It’s Just Wings, drive away, and return to exchange the It’s Just Wings bag for a Chili’s bag and leave again.

At 8:55, my husband called and asked to speak to a manager. He learned that the food had been given incorrectly to a Door Dash driver, returned, and had been sitting on a table. They told him they would make us fresh food and bring it out as soon as it was ready.

At 9:15, my husband received the food and told them we were missing the extra ranch we paid for.

At 9:20, he still hadn’t received the extra ranch and opted to just come home.

Sad that such good food could be worried by so many errors & inconsistencies.

Unfortunately, no efforts were made to fix the mistakes & then arriving home with the wrong flavors & missing sauces was really disappointing.

Hopefully they’ll work out...

They are very well priced and I ordered through DoorDash and received my order on time and it was very warm. Almost warmer than what I would expect when ordering food, which was amazing. The wings are really good. I knocked my review to 4 stars because there wasn’t that much sauce on the wings and I feel like it would have added more flavor. The fries are absolutely amazing. ZERO flavoring for the wings at a place that claims to be "JUST WINGS". The Cajun dry rub was sparse at best and the Jalapeno Cilantro was flavor was completely missing. Seriously ..they didn't even sauce the boneless wings. It was literally an expensive version of frozen case chicken pieces with no seasoning. That's a pretty important part of the process of sending out expensive delivery...
