I visited this location with my son @7:30pm on today, because his order was messed up from Saturday and was told to come back on the next visit to ask for a replacement. As soon as he approach the cashier and mentioned the replacement, she said we donât do that. So, the manager on duty basically grilled him as if he was lying about the previous experience. So, she finally placed the order for his sandwich. I then ordered the Ruben managerâs special. She asked if we wanted a drink, so we both said âyes â, once she gave me the total, it was $19.24. I asked for what, the special is only $11.99, she said the drinks. We were like, you asked if you weâre making up the wrong order. Nevertheless, I paid. We waited for the food. The food came out, my cheddar and broccoli soup wasnât hot. I started to eat my Ruben, no Thousand Island dressing, then when I put my sandwich down to eat the chips, a knat landed on my sandwich. I didnât need a fork, but when I was going to eat the soup anyway, and the fork had left on food. Stopped eating and didnât want to go back to request another sandwich because I was not pleased with the cashier and the managerâs attitude towards us from the start. Not only was the customer service was not good. The tables were not picked up. I do understand that you can be short staffed, and other factors from being in customer service, but it is no reason to not treat your customers with respect and no made to feel bad about your experience and not get the food you want. I left the restaurant, still hungry because of the bug on my food, and my money spent. I also work in customer service, and I treat my customers the way I want to be treated. The manager always provides amazing service, as he is usually around when I come in. The service today was timely, and the food was delicious as always. I normally receive amazing service here but not tonight. There were two high schoolers just talking and talking when my order was ready but they were so distracted with their conversation that they did not give it to me. Since it said my order would be ready at 9:13 and it was 9:30, I asked her for an ETA and sheâs like whoops itâs been here the whole time, sorry and walked away.
