Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

i have the worse experience with this location ever. 1 they don't deliver and we are 5-7 minutes down the road. 2 they over charged me and got all of my orders wrong. Shantay and Johnny are the rudest people there that actually gave me their names, but there were 2 others as well. 3 they charged me over the phone but mixed up all the orders and still charged the wrong person for that order. 4 i was on the phone with corporate at the time as well as being on and off of hold for 30 minutes. spoke with 3 different people and when the third person got on the phone he said "were you needing help"? and i said i was waiting on the manager? and he said okay well she's busy doing something better? and i was like WOW! and then he messed things up even more. so then when i went to pick up the orders, i had already paid and ordered and when i got there, there was only 2 cups in the box and i said there were supposed to be 3 cups, and he said no, and then looked at the receipt and there was 3 PAID for, but at the same time, he was trying to charge me for it. Meanwhile, while i was there waiting, this place is not friendly, very rude, (some of them) bugs, and possibly a hair in one of our sandwiches. So my co-worker called back to tell them that one of the sandwiches was wrong once again and since they do not deliver we of course had to go pick it up, and when she got back, which remind you it was for a different co-worker who at the time couldn't leave to go to lunch. But told her that i t was wrong, and called her a liar and asked her why she is trying to start an argument with her? All i am saying is, if your the "MANAGER" should not ever talk to customers that...

Best Dinning Experience I've Had All Year! Joe is the Man! Great Location!

I took my daughter to get a Club sandwich and ended up getting one for myself as well. Joe, the sandwich artist who took care of us did a fantastic job and provided a memorable experience. Joe was professional through and through, polite, charismatic, understanding and very quick on his feet! Joe provided the best customer service experience I've had all year. The sandwiches were perfect and delicious! The restaurant was extremely clean, welcoming, and followed all CDC/County/City guidelines regarding COVID. I cannot express well enough just how great of a job Joe did that night! I will absolutely be coming back, I absolutely recommend this location and I cannot praise Joe enough for his service. My only regret was not being able to leave a tip or speak to a supervisor about how well he took care of us! I told Joe I would be leaving a review in his name and I took a little longer than I should of but non the less, Joe deserves a raise or a promotion! I will be making an attempt to speak with a supervisor to let them know how happy my daughter and I were with his service! Thanks Joe!

I have had the WORST experience with this location ever. It took our delivery guy 1 hr to get to our location. When he was in the community he called and said he needed help so I walked him through how to get to our apt. I was on the phone with him for 20 mins giving him step by step directions on how to get to me. Finally he tells me he's not going to bring me my food because he couldn't find me. I called the store to have my money put back on my card and the manager got rude with me and hung up on me. I'm sorry but if you're the "MANAGER" you should never talk or treat your customers that way. I would review this place with 0 stars but unfortunately that's not an option so I gave it a 1. Don't waste your time with this place it's not worth it. There are much better sandwich places in the area with WAY better...
