11/30/18 Would you go back if this happened?
I visited for one of my favorite dishes -- their reasonably healthy chicken and kale salad just before closing and took it straight home to devour. I wanted a halfway decent late evening meal. I didn't expect perfection and I didn't get it either. For me dressing a no-no so I saw very well that my kale looked fine on top but underneath, it was distastfully wilted and plenty of it was yellowing! I felt they tricked me because I looked at my salad before leaving the window. I didn't accept an offer to remake it just because the avocado was a little brown and they put tomato on it after I asked for more avocado instead of tomato. I understand that, that happens. However, hiding the trash under the better product is deception in any business. It's especially bad in the food business! If it's me, I apologize and politely explain that we ran out of the product we need to make your order because I know a $10 sale is not worth the gamble of losing a customer who might write a review and also talk about this? Apparently the help last night felt it to be worth the gamble!
My few pieces of edable kale and onion, that green and brown avocado, my little bitty ball of goat cheese, a whole lot of dried cranberries with a few pieces of pecan made up my meal last night.

Read moreFernando manager refused to honor a replace sandwich that was incorrectly made even after a different manager Maria authorized! I specifically asked the window clerk to make my sandwich a specific way. The order taker instead offered I order it a different way. I'd had problems that way and mentioned a manager advised I order the way I initially ordered. Once at the window, Fernando asked if I have the 'turkey sandwich'? I replied NO. Apparently the order taker decided to ignore my specific order and got it wrong. I called later and expressed dissatisfaction. Maria (2nd shift manager offered to replace). I called ahead of driving over to ensure it wouldn't be a wasted trip but instead manager Fernando answered the phone call and said he remembered my order and it was done right!!!!!! I couldn't believe he insisted to argue with how I've ordered this sandwich a dozen times. They've gotten it wrong twice out of the dozen times and refused to honor to replace it. Read moreI have no issues with the food. Problem is the homeless who are allowed by Management to walk from table to table...strong arming guests into giving money. I watched one lady almost get assaulted for refusing to give $$. Someone is going to get hurt. After being refused money by one family, angry subject walked outside and stood next to family's parked vehicle. He took a squeegee out of his pants and decided for a minute if he wanted to damage family's car. When he noticed an audience looking at him from inside, he reconsidered. I've dined there 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Each time I came very close to calling 911 over a tense situation between a family and homeless person. Management is helpless. Next time you dine in, watch the self-serve beverage station. The homeless are drawn to the location due to the fact Management allows them to take as much tea/soda as they like. The homeless use this as an invitation to harass guests. I'm calling Lakeworth PD so they are aware of...
