Visited on 12/13/2024 around 8:50. Left to discover my smoothie consisted of strawberry, banana, ice and pecan chunks. In other words, it was not a drink, but a potentially teeth cracking dish. Went back in and was told that this happened because the motors were going out and that she would try to make my smoothie without this happening again. Why tf would you make smoothies with a blown motor anyway? Dangerous much? We all know it takes 5 minutes to make a smoothie. I had already been there about 10 minutes, left for 3 minutes, had to turn around for 3 minutes, and get it remade for another 5 minutes. Anyway, the second smoothie didn't produce, and i dont know why she would even recommend making another at the expense of my safety because come to find out, both blenders were not effective. I asked for a refund so I could leave as i was working and couldn't afford to wait because of smoothie kings mistakes and failures, but she rebuttled with "i can make it quickly". Yeah, quickly was the same 5 minutes it always takes. Except it took longer to make this time. Anyway, when it came out poorly again, i asked for a refund and she finally said ahe couldn't issue one and that only the manager could. She then took 3 minutes to find me a free 20oz smoothie card. I ordered a $12.76 40oz smoothie. She stated thats all they had, gave me a sticky note with her managers name on it, and I left without a receipt and smoothie king having 12.76 of my dollars for absolutely nothing. Went in 12/16/2024 around 12:30, was bot greeted properly, i asked for a refund and was immediately told by this second staff that she also cant issue refunds. I asked for the manager and was told he was not there and would be available in 3 hours. I then replied that i cannot keep coming back to smoothie king because the staff cant iffue refunds and that I would leave my receipt for the manager to submit the refund back to my card via the receipt transaction. She gave me a marker and had me write my number on the receipt and personally asked me if i was recording. To which I sinply replied "yes". I record every interaction when it comes to dealing with issues with businesses as i have too many experiences with staff lying about interactions. Why she asked me something that had notthing to do with her as she was not being recorded was baffling and unprofessional . Only the verbal interaction and the receipt being placed on the counter was recorded. Either they'll refund me or will be charged back which will be much more expensive for them. I always submit like recordings and receipts to the bank and ALWAYS get my money. So dont be a fool...

Prior to making my smoothie i requested that i wanted it made as it's supposed to be made per the ingredient list because every smoothie king makes smoothies how they want to which changes the smoothie consistency and, flavor and reduces the consumed ingredient portions and calories because ingredient up being left behind in the container, sometimes a cup worth or more. The lady immediately got an attitude when i let her know I had a special request. She proceeded purposely to make the smoothie how she wanted and when i called her out she said "i promise is going to turn out right". After i replied "but that's not what I wanted and you agreed when i informed your ahead of time" she rolled her eyes and remade my smoothie incorrectly again, but this time she added an ingredient. She remade my smoothie slamming things and filled the room with her negativity. After the smoothie was made i thanked her, sent to my car and went back in to grab my receipt because they did not give it to me. Read moreJust set up an account and went online to order nearby. The store closest to me offered curbside pickup, which is perfect because I was home sick and still in pajamas. I placed my order and drove to the store. I parked right at the front door in an empty parking lot and saw the only customer walk out with her drink. There's no way the employees couldn't see me right outside- I waited 7 minutes. I pulled up the email confirmation and it said park near the front door and call the store - an associate would bring my order out. My bad. I called and told her I was here to pick up my order curbside. She was very curt and said they don't do curbside pickup. She said she doesn't know why they put that on the website, but they don't do that here. Not at all friendly or apologetic. She talked down to me like I was a child who should've known better - I never said a word. It's not my problem that your website and app both say you offer curbside pickup.
