Update: 7/27/2019
Place STILL has problems! I ordered again $50 worth of food:
2 orders of quepapas 2 orders of breadsticks 2 pizzas 1 order of wings 1 meaty pasta
I get there and I ask to see the food before leaving. The lady at the counter shows me my food. Upon seeing the breadsticks I noticed hardly ANY breadstick seasoning. This is the second time I have had this issue.
I tell the lady I would like a remake since there's hardly seasoning on it and she sits there arguing with me saying I ordered just regular, plain breadsticks NOT the Hut Favorite Breadsticks.
I show her how online there is only two types: cheese or regular and the regular comes with seasoning on top.
The manager Koy then comes over and tells me it is what I ordered and that there's no problem with the food.
For one: I have worked at Pizza Hut as a teen and I know for a FACT that seasoning is on the sticks.
Second: I know you NEVER argue with a customer.
Third: Is it really hard to just remake the item??? You would rather argue with me and lose a customer than take 5 minutes to remake it.
I truly hate this place but unfortunately my family enjoys Pizza Hut and it's the only location close by.
Horrible! Whoever the new management and staff are here within the past six months is terrible.
Tonight I ordered $50 worth of pizza, quepapas, breadsticks, and knots. We waited an hour and 15 for our food and it arrived ice cold!
The breadsticks were not seasoned, the food was cold, and the seasoning we asked for around the edges of the pizza were all but non existant.
My brother went to get new breadsticks and they only gave us one set instead of two new sets like we had ordered. Luckily they refunded our entire order.
This is not the first time this place has had issues with this either. A few months ago we had waited over 3 hours for our food which never arrived.....we had to go pick it up.
I will NEVER order from here again. I hate how this one is our delivery store when we live closer to a different (and much better) store.

Read moreWhen I entered the store I was ignored & wasn’t acknowledged by the so-called night Sup/manager on duty who was operating the cashier. She was in the back doing something & saw that she had a customer in the lobby so she CLEARLY saw me. Another employee had to come and ask if she(the manager/Sup) has helped me which I replied no & he had to call her to the front. By that time the other guy had already grabbed the pizza, showed it to me & I was ready to pay...she(the Sup tried to show me again but the other guy had already done her job so there was no need to be redundant & show me again. She walked away & SUCKED HER TEETH like as if I was wrong but she IGNORED ME TO BEGIN WITH. I asked for the manager & the guy that helped me said SHE WAS THE MANAGER...are you serious!!!!??? So not feeling welcomed I was feelings little aggravated because it’s raining hard & I had my kids in the car that was hungry. I inserted my debit card to pay not knowing it charged my card as she is stating that she “hates rude people” in which I replied to her that SHE COMMITTED THE OFFENSE FIRST by looking at me and not acknowledging me telling me she’ll be right with me...so I told her u know what I don’t want the pizza. I leave & check my account & saw that it charged me so I go back to get my pizza they charged me for and they were LOOKING IN THE TRASH FOR MY PIZZA!!!! Due to her rude service I told her I don’t want the pizza but to go in the trash I was pissed so I decided to write this review which I will post on Google Maps & leave a review. You guys need to train your employees ESPECIALLY acting “supervisors/manager” to acknowledge your customers & not to look at people & judge them when your customers could work in finance making 5x what your paying them but I never belittled her but I didn’t appreciate be ignored because I felt she was judgmental...I will NOT be back the service SUCKS, the other reviews are accurate, I should have just went to...
Read moreI've never been one to complain about anything want to try to get people in trouble at their jobs but my experience at this Pizza Hut's was horrible I ordered a pizza last night it said it will be ready within 15 minutes so I waited 30 when I got to the location a gentleman standing behind the register I whk looked as if he could care less about my business didnt even greet me so I spoke to him told him my name and said I was here to pick up a order I pay for online and he didn't even acknowledge me so a young lady comes from the back I tell her my name and she tells me not only was my pizza not ready they hadn't even started it after a short discussion I asked how long it's going to take she goes to the back for about 5 minutes comes back and tells me it's going to be 30 minutes so I ask for my money back after waiting probably another 5 to 10 minutes a disgruntled looking woman (whom I assume was the manager) comes from the back never acknowledges me looks at the register, assistes the young lady who had been polite the whole time hands me my money and walks off. Random to my situation but the whole entire time I was there which was between 15 to 20 minutes the phone rang continuously and was never answered.
