Love this place but it's not as great a it was last time I trained here 3 years ago. It's the food! The food used to be amazing and all you can eat. People would come back from training and they would just rave about the food and that they gained a pants size. You could load up a tray and there was like three different entrees, salad bar, soup, pasta, cake... plus infused water and cookies between classes for breaks. Now you get a meal card and you either have to eat just their "combo meal" (ie, whatever the hot meal the cafeteria is serving out of a Styrofoam box and a fountain soda) every meal to magically break even, or risk getting extras or piecing together something different and going over because it's airport food pricing. Yes, $6 for a tiny yogurt and $3 for a tiny bag of chips, salad by weight (and additional to the starchy, carb-y meal). Same hot breakfast every day although lunch and dinner changed. The coffee was watery and terrible. No prices on anything and the combo meal system wasn't explained. Certain kitchen staff refused to wear a mask despite the entire campus supposedly being mask mandatory. I was hungry most of the time I was here and wish I'd known so that I could bring my own food to supplement. It did seem like they are adding more and it used to somehow be worse due to Covid restrictions (for example, the salad bar "just came back" and they added personal pizzas my last 2 days there). But also they stopped serving fresh fruit after the first 4 days so who knows (could buy it separate for God knows how much extra). From what I can tell it's not run by the same people anymore. Eating off Styrofoam 3 meals a day just plain sucks even if it was good and a decent portion, which it was neither. Hopefully it really will slowly get better but beware its not like...

We had a flight from Dallas to Canada for Easter and attending a wedding we were so happy finally seeing a family out of the states and all the sudden one of the flight attendants ruined everything by his rudeness and disrespectful for the passenger and never followed the guidelines for the training and he thought that he’s doing his job I appreciate his job but not that way to humiliate the kids and families my son literally now he has a mental issue flying or having vacation all because of that person his name Marcus with a long blonde hair I try to reach American Airlines to speak with a management or one of the higher decision maker to let us get our dignity back as that person he called the police for us once we reach Canada all because of the mask was putting down more than three time he treated us as animal. I appeal to everyone who has the ability to communicate with me and It conveys my voice to the higher authority. My family and I we are not grateful and unhappy to be using American Airlines again Accordingly, we demand all the sums that were paid during the past years on American Airlines, as they do not deserve our love and appreciation to their business, and through that, I received an email from a customer relation agent who was offering me $50 credit !!! Imagine $50 credit what a pride , that’s showing us how much we are giving a business and paying fortune for that organization and they pay us pennies bag for our kids mental issue closed by there were training to their stuff I’m looking forward to here as soon as possible from American Airlines by phone not through small agents in...

Large, clean, organized and secure training facility. My colleagues and I are required to attend annual Flight Attendant training at this facility. It offers a pleasant atmosphere and environment. It also includes several dining, coffee and snack venues. Although not fine dining, the menu is fairly large and diverse. The food is generally prepared fresh and hot. Pricing is reasonable. In my opinion, this facility is well maintained and equipped. Unfortunately, not having visited any of the other large airline training facilities, I can't make a comparison. In addition, during my recent visit, much of the area and campus surrounding the complex was under major construction and renovation. Therefore, after the construction and renovation project is complete, I assume this facility will be completely upgraded and refurbished, perhaps creating even better training and visitor...

Outstanding, top notch, professional facilities where American Airlines Flights Attendants and Pilots perform initial and annual training. Skyview 3 is a large, immaculate, well maintained facility and is located on the Skyview Campus, which includes American Airlines Administration, support and corporate services. Skyview 3 has been operational for many years. The facilities have been remodeled and completely refurbished for a safe, pleasant experience. The facility includes a cafeteria style restaurant providing prepared foods and self service options. The dining room, food service area, restrooms, training classrooms and all public common areas are immaculate! Parking is available in the parking area adjacent. Proper identification and credentials are necessary to enter the parking area and building facilities.

The customer service and security is amazing. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and so are the security staff. The rooms and the study rooms are beautiful. I am such a foodie so I am going to spend time talking about my meal today. It was simple but divine. Since it's Sunday and the food options are limited, I chose a grilled Chicken Sandwich, Sautéed Veggies and Potato Salad. The veggies were flavorful and the potato salad was delicious. I added some Sriracha and Pepper Jack Cheese to my sandwich. I love spice on everything. The chicken breast was well seasoned in an herb marinade so condiments are optional. I will update my review once I see the training rooms.
