The Subway at 301 Clifford Center Drive, Suite 131, is a true neighborhood anchor, a place where the fresh smell of baking bread is as comforting as a familiar handshake. Tucked into the Clifford Retail Center in Fort Worth, it serves as the reliable lunchtime destination for local workers, a quick dinner spot for families heading home, and the late-night savior for those craving a simple, satisfying meal. The location’s convenience is a major draw, providing a dependable source for custom-made sandwiches, salads, and wraps, which is precisely what the community needs in a bustling, easily accessible area. My personal experience with this particular Subway has always been one of efficient, friendly service. I appreciate the effort of the "Sandwich Artists" here who genuinely seem to enjoy their work, often remembering my usual order—a small but significant touch of personalized service that makes a fast-food stop feel a little less "fast." The ingredients are consistently fresh, from the crisp lettuce to the perfectly melted cheese, reflecting the kind of quality control that keeps patrons coming back. They maintain a clean and welcoming dining area, which, while not a fine dining establishment, is a pleasant place to sit down and enjoy a moment's respite from the day. In short, the Subway at 301 Clifford Center Dr, Suite 131, is more than just a place to grab a quick bite; it's a dependable, high-quality corner of the community. Whether you're in a rush and need to place an order through their app, or you prefer to walk in and watch your masterpiece come together, this location executes the classic Subway experience flawlessly. It’s a testament to how even a national chain can feel like a well-run, essential local business when the staff and management dedicate themselves to great customer service and fresh food. It earns my recommendation for anyone in the Fort Worth 76108 area looking for a reliable, fresh, and friendly meal. And if y'all can't see that, y'all just wanna see the bad, not that the employees are trying their hardest to make our sandwiches and maintain getting their chores for...
Read moreWhen I placed an order for a 12-in Subway and a free 6 in to go with it, I made both sandwiches the same and it appears that half of my 12-in sandwich that I paid for is missing beef. Photos here will prove it and I don't throw these things around lightly. I did report it to Veronica and if you want to see her response out paste it here below. I wanted to substitute turkey for the pepperoni on the five meat Italian. I have digestive issues and I need to remove as much grease from my meals as possible and that's one of the ways I can reduce that and replace it with something that's a little bit less greasy and a little bit better for me. That was not allowed. So I left out the pepperoni off the sandwich which took them a little bit to understand what I was asking for. Anyway, Jersey Mike's doesn't have this problem, they happily put extra turkey on my Italian sandwich. The number I believe. 13 and so it works for me for Jersey Mike's but I thought I'd give Subway another try. Last time I was in this Subway was about 8 years ago.
Email from Veronica below. G. Very sorry about the misunderstanding that occured today. Thank you for reaching out. I will follow up with the staff and their customer service. I apologize for the attitude our servers had today. We unfortunately are not able to substitute any meats as it changes the formula. We do not have the option for a substitution button. 5 meat Italian is salami, pepperoni, turkey, ham, and roast beef. That is the actual build of the sandwich, the name 5 meats doesn't mean any 5 meats on...
Read moreMy husband and I have been LOYAL customers to this location. My sandwiches were subpar and inaccurate today so I decided to go back and have them remade after fighting with myself about it. Im a mom of 3 toddlers and I just think the boys here are disrespectful to mothers and elders. I have even been questioned why Im doing curbside! I dont always want to unbuckle 3 little people. You would think that's understandable but I have been scolded for it. They also do NOT follow instructions on cutting plenty of times I've asked for my footlong NOT to be cut or cut in 3 and its wrong. They have been caught in lies; 1 guy said fresh bread comes 4-5pm 1 said what was available was just made (that was 2pm). It's just been bad here lately and the manager wasn't available-a manager should be available at restaurants at all times!!! Especially a busy weekend. The guy even tried to put brown lettuce on my sandwich and got an attitude when...
