This is the worst possible Wendy's I've ever patroned in my life the workers are the lowest class of people I've ever endured. I never throw food away at all, at any cost and my last visit here was so disappointing to say the least. I placed my order at the drive thru and specifically asked for no mustard or onions on my burger when I get my food I have learned to immediately check it before leaving and this time it paid off I see mustard on my burger and immediately turn into a parking spot and go inside absolutely under a minutes time. Tell them about my burger the young lady immediately takes the burger from me and throws it into a bin that is placed right underneath the counter at first sight it seems like a trash bin but after second thought it looked more like a collection bin for wrong orders to probably be split amongst themselves at the end of the night. Because for some reason the burger i initially got was a much bigger burger so when I was handed my replacement burger it was so small I was confused like well did you take more than just the mustard off so I asked was my burger upsized as well as I had asked for my meal to be, but was told no the cook didn't have any small meat patties so he gave you the big ones instead. Is that so.. in under 30 seconds the cook had smaller meat patties for my corrected burger, how convenient he gave me bigger meat patties on a burger he made the exact opposite of what I asked for and made a joke about it that they all laughed at when he said whatever he said, which I couldn't hear because he of course didn't say it so I could hear. I just don't believe amidst this government shut down where they have decided to stop snap benefits these type of people would be throwing food away. The young girl that was supposed to be taking orders at the drive thru was walking around with just socks on, in the back around the cooking area and the cook had some type of skin rash or eczema all over his neck and arms and it looked like he covered it in flower because it was white with ash and just looked terrible, needless to say I threw my food out for a dog that looked like she was nursing puppies judging by the enlarged breast, I saw walking after i left (the food only no wrappers) If not for unsanitary conditions the people that work at this Wendy's (Renaissance Square on the east side of Fort Worth) are the absolute worst I have ever seen. I wanted to give zero stars. To have to spend my hard earned money on this type of service I definitely recommend just cooking at home which I normally do but some days when there are too many stops and errands to run stopping for a quick bite should not be this horrendous. From now on I will steer clear...
Read moreThis is the worst Wendys I have ever been too. They microwave your food and it taste like it. I came to get a simple order replaced that was not only taken incorrectly in the drive-through, but was made horribly. I asked for burgers to be plain and dry that still had ketchup smeared all over it, including the packages, onions, and pickles all over the burgers I asked for bacon to be placed on the side, which still came on the burgers I asked for spicy nuggets which were given to me as regular nuggets I called within an hour of receiving my order To speak with a manager, who told me she would replace my order entirely. I waited a few days and returned only to speak with the store manager, David, who treating me like a criminal giving me the third degree in refusing to make my order only after I said that I was calling the corporate office. Did he say He would make the burgers and replace the nuggets, but we’re not replacing the entire order as if the fries in the drinks we’re going to Break his store he even went as far as to accuse me of placing the order wrong and saying they have the order right at this point in time this is definitely my last attempt to come to this Wendy’s I’ll be notifying everyone of how horrible this experience is and the way that I was treated here I would highly suggest that you go to the Wendy’s off of Beach Street in Fort Worth, Texas, and never come to the one on Barrie. They are rude Very inconsiderate and extremely horrible when it comes to customer service all these managers should be fired and replaced with people who are more capable of delivering a better customer experience and a higher level quality of food. Wendy’s has definitely suffered When it comes to this at this location, this place is unrecognizable and sickening how they treat you never come here never spend money with this location and if Wendy’s does not fix this, we will never spend money with...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I were in line ordering (Drive-Thru). As my boyfriend approached to order, we skimmed the menu and had some questions as well. When my boyfriend asked about one of the burgers and what comes on it the lady that was taking our order (La’Monica) rudely said “everything” and proceeded to not list anything that came on the burger. When my boyfriend asked again to get some clarification we were met with the same response. “Everything.”
Then, my boyfriend continued to order and as he said which burger he wanted the lady began stumbling over her words and it seemed like she didn’t know what dialogue should come next.
After she gave us the total we pulled up to the last window to pay. She handed us our receipt and we patiently waited. A few minutes go by and she couldn’t even remember what we ordered and began to go through the meals that were already bagged. Finally, she remembered and gave us our food. There was no exchange, no “Have a nice day or thank you!.” She simply just closed the window and went back to working.
As someone who has worked in fast food I tried to be understanding of the situation and I know some days can be long, but the acts of service were terrible, not to mention that when we were ordering she had a nasty attitude, and while we were waiting in line as well she kept opening and closing the window but didn’t say anything to us.
I think management needs to do better about who they select...
