Hello Mr. Scott / Papayaz team, I want to send my gratitude to you for bring this café’ of organic non – GMO, prime quality ingredients to Fountain Hill. Running a restaurant is one of the most difficult businesses. I have been in twice; the first time within the first 3 months of opening and today. I ordered a cappuccino with one pump of sugar free Carmel. I watched the young lady put two pumps in and it was too sweet for my taste. It was served to me when my crepe was ready, which was too cooled off. I did order a crepe that was not as listed on the menu (just a plain with banana and strawberries) This slightly confused the kids / employees up front. The crepe was Delicious not heated evenly. Maybe it was the cold fruit on the crepe that created this cold area. The amount of fruit was very sparse. A few suggestions: serve the coffee or whatever drink as soon as it is ready. This avoids watered down or cooled down drinks upon those first few sips. I’ve seen this issue few times in some of the less favorable reviews. Room temp fruit when being served...
Read morePapaya'z is an excellent place to get high quality and healthy eats. They use organic ingredients in their tasty recipes, hard to find! A lot of expensive restaurants do not even offer organics. I always look for places that use organic ingredients as that's the best way to stay healthy and avoid GMOs at the same time.
Plenty to choose from, the crepes with chicken are super delish along with their many other types of crepes. A few of my favorite smoothies are Dragon Dust (dragon fruit), Bango, Me-Avocado and the Green Revive!
Healthy food with flair takes extra care so well worth your time waiting while they create your order. Papaya'z is a unique and comfortable place to hang out and enjoy!
The staff are always welcoming and friendly. They provide excellent customer service!
We are very fortunate to have Papaya'z in...
Read moreReally wanted to like this place :( We got two açaí type bowls, paid $8 each, both were supposed to come with a strawberry topping. Immediately the blended fruit in the bowl itself was very watery and had little flavor, then on top was literally only half of one strawberry in 3 slices. Honey dripping all over the sides of both when handed to us. Bought a chocolate crepe to go and was immediately soggy and drenched in nutella and too much chocolate. Would love to support local businesses but you can get an açaí bowl at Nekter with more flavor and wayyyy more toppings for about the same price. If charging that much, I think they should definitely put more than half of a small strawberry on top and offer more toppings to compete with other blended fruit bowl places! Super disappointing.. maybe stick to their coffee...
