Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Fountain

Today we went to eat and as we were ordering our jj gargantuan sandwiches they told us they did not have turkey which didn’t bother me but I asked if I could replace the turkey with another meat the cashier looked over and asked and what I assume is the manager came over and said yes but he looked highly irritated and rude as he was about to give me the total of my order without even asking me first if that was it I atwo additional items to the order which he was annoyed and in turn annoyed me. My daughter came up and asked for a lemonade and he got annoyed at that as well I went on to ask my daughter if that was it she said yes and I commented to him you look irritated that I’m adding things to my order I am going to pay for it so what is the issue. As my sandwiches were done another employee handed them to me he was very nice and I asked him for ranch he said I will have to charge you I said that’s ok I am aware I just didn’t want to add it to my order since his boss already looked annoyed with me and the employee said get the last name but he whispered it and I did not catch the last name but he checked me out so I imagine it’s what is on the receipt which the name reads Aryan. Very rude manager and a red headed girl as well which I did not catch her name. I do want to add when the rude “manager/employee”heard me asking for ranch he did not charge me for it I suppose he felt guilty for his attitude. I am beyond livid with the unprofessional services received today at Jimmy John’s. I called to speak with the manager and was told by the lady (Kylie) on the phone that she was the manager, which I highly doubt as her phone mannerisms were lacking. She however knew of which incident I was speaking but of course denied the allegations.

My daughter came through the drive-through window today because the workers forgot her avocado spread , which they gave her upon returning, but not even a spoonful.

The problem was that the drive-through window lady and her friend started pointing and laughing at her, which she visibly saw. Well, she came home and cried. Today was the first day she felt brave enough to go out in public without her head wrap. She is recovering from cancer and saw the girls were making fun of her appearance as they laughed, snickered, and pointed at her through the window. DO BETTER people; you never know what others are struggling with and how your ridicule can affect their depression. How extremely unprofessional.

I hope you and your coworker are spoken with by the ACTUAL manager about your extremely childish demeanor toward your customer. I get that you are young enough to be in high school but leave it there, do not bring your childish attitude to work. Sad people act that way towards others, so humiliating...

I would give less than one star if I could. I Ordered my food and the person on the phone told me it would take 35-40 minutes due to baking new bread which I was totally fine with. I waited for an hour . Called again and the manager told me she would comp me $20 for the inconvenience and it would be delivered 20-30 minutes later. I proceeded to wait 40 minutes more and finally recieved my order after 1 hour and 42 minutes . The bread was completly hard and stale and to top it off, it was the end pieces to a loaf. I already waited an hour and 40 minutes and got an end stale piece sandwich. I called back and the manager offered money off in a future order; but I’d prefer not to eat burnt bread sandwiches that take almost 2 hours to receive. Get Pizza Hut or dominoes or fat boys pizza or even order China cottage or coal mine dragon. You’ll get better service and better food that isn’t burnt or stale . I would’ve rather asked my 6 year old to make me a sandwich than order jimmy johns in fountain and pay over & $20 for a burnt, end...
