BEWARE: I don't really complain about mistakes because everybody makes them but this was completely out of context. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could just simply write a reveiw without rating. My family and I love Taco Bell but I will NEVER come to this location EVER again. Especially after their EXTREMELY rude customer service and "management". I took my son there for breakfast before school and we went through the drive through. When we were trying to order, the 1st "manager" completely rushed me through my order and was rude. We had got to the window and it took her another 10 mins to get my food to me and I was the only vehicle in the drive through at this time. It took her an extra 5 mins to get me my food. I had ordered and breakfast crunchwrap with sausage, hashbrown, cinnabons, and just a plain bacon and egg burrito and pink lemonade. We got halfway down the road and I went to eat my crunchwrap and it was filled with bacon. We turned around to go back and I went to bite into my hasbrown for the time being and I spit it out. It was as cold as ice, rubbery, and tasted extremely stale like it was sitting out for 2 hours. I got there and the 1st "manager" walked over to me and I told her that I oreder a "breakfast crunchwrap with sausage" and before I could even tell her about the hashbrown, she completely cut me off and started to walk away and yelled back to the 2nd "manager" that she needed a " sausage scrambler". Not even what I ordered. I waited patiently for another 5 mins for them to give me another wrong order. I had then asked for a manager and the 2nd "manager" said that they were both "managers". So I began to to explain to her about my hasbrown and crunchwrap and how the 1st "manager" treated me. She looked at me like I was lieing about my order and the 1st "manager". I went to my vehicle to get the receipt and showed her my receipt and what I had ordered. I swear I needed to spell it out for her. When I told her about the hasbrown, she said she had just took it out of the hot oil. It took them 3 times to give me what I ordered in the first place. If that's how they "value" their customers then they need to be shut down. I'm a manager myself and I make sure my employees and I "value" our customers. If they have a problem, we will go out of our way to make them happy even if the customers get out of line by cussing and screaming at us. I wasn't even being loud or obnoxious. NEVER...
Read more08/23/22: 8:30 pm: I've visited a few times since the last post and they were making progress. I stopped in tonight and it is back to the slowest and worst taco bell in the world, yes, im giving them world status. I've been to taco bells across the US and in foreign countries, this is seriously the slowest and worst. 30 minutes tonight...a 30 minute fast food place. I placed my order on their app because I know they're slow but not 30 minutes slow. When the app said my food was ready, I gave them 5 minutes, they never called my name. I finally went to the counter and asked if my food was ready. They had to look it up again. When they finally handed me my food, it was the wrong order. When they finally handed me my correct order, the cheesy gordita crunch was stale and just tasted really off, I only ate about 2 bites. Seriously, the worst taco bell in the world. I should have known it was gonna be a bad night for them when the older couple ahead of me complained that they waited for 45 minutes. At least they got an apology for the wait. What happened to comps when food took more than 10 minutes?
1/14/22: stop wasting your time here, there is a Mexican restaurant in the same plaza near little ceasars that is faster, taste better, and only cost a little more. The owner obviously doesnt wanna do anything to make this place worth visiting. I dont understand how they cannot keep their lobby open. Is the management so bad that no one wants to work here? Everytime I go inside there are at least 3 employees on break. The drive thru is always full, so they are pulling in business. Is it a wage issue? Why cant management or the owner figure this out and keep their lobby open? 5 cars pulled out of the drive thru bc it was so slow. So annoying.
12/5/21: Yeah.... lobby is back open. The person that hands out food stays there until food is actually picked up instead setting food down and disappearing. Still need to fix the ice machine. It either spills out ice or doesnt work at all.
11/27/21: lobby closed again because they're short staffed
Older: Closed lobby because they're short staffed? Really? This...
Read moreOn 4/15/20, at ~ 8:20AM, I pulled up to the drive thru and encountered very professional individuals from the order taker and cashier. After about 15 minutes of waiting in the line, I was told to move to the parking spot where I was told my order would eventually arrive. I was not given a receipt, rather a piece of paper labeled "58". After about 45 minutes (no exaggeration) of sitting my car, I informed the waitress that I could no longer wait and left.
On 4/16/20, I pulled up to the same drive thru and explained what happened the day prior. The order taker was very professional but then someone else jumped on the line and simply said "your order will be delivered in 4 minutes". I paid again. I didn't expect to be refunded, but not a single apology or remark was made for wasting 45 minutes of my time the day prior. The manager was just quick to dismiss it and just didn't care..
I understand that we may be experiencing difficulties in providing fast food services. That said, I would have greatly appreciated it if I was told how long my order would have taken to be processed so I could have gone elsewhere. Furthermore, if a fast food restaurant cannot provide fast food, then it shouldn't be open.
It would also be great to actually get the sauces you asked for. No one should have to check before leaving...
