On 2/20/2023 my mom and I called to see if there was a fat free or low fat pizza option for my 5 year old who just had open heart surgery. He is on a 10g of fat per day diet because of his surgery complications which required him to end up with two chest tubes. We were told that they had a fat free cheese option, their Marinara sauce was fat free and their pizza crust was fat free because it was made from soybean flour. We were excited that my son could finally have a normal food option. However the next day on 2/21/2023 we discovered that papa murphys had lied to us. We couldn't find any nutrition info on the cheese pizza. When we called again today on 2/21/2023, we spoke to a lady who told us they don't have a fat free cheese, their Marinara sauce is fat free and the crust was low in fat. After doing some more digging on their website. We learned that none of the employees have any clue what they are talking about. Extremely disappointed and now having to take my son to get chest x-rays because we were told the cheese was fat free, the sauce was fat free and that their crust was fat free and then told by someone else their crust was 1.7g of fat. Which would have been fine had we not been lied to. You guys just lost a customer of 6 years. The lady on the phone didn't seem to care and I will be spreading this around. Read moreWent in on 2/19/2025 and it smelled good looked clean and there was nobody in there besides me and a friend. There were 3 young workers and one of them asked if we made an online order and when we said no all three just went back to making pizzas and acted as if we weren’t there. Didn’t ask us to give them a minute, didn’t look up another time, didn’t ask what we needed just super rude vibes. I’m a patient person, if they would have said they were slammed with online orders and it would be a hot minute before they could service us I would have waited or been like no worries we will go somewhere else no big deal. After 10 mins of my friend and I waiting on any employee to acknowledge they could take our order I asked my friend if we should just leave and at that point one of the workers looked at the other and just smiled. I took a day to decide if I was still upset about it and I am so here’s my review. These were probably fresh out of high school employees and it was shocking to FEEL the disrespect from them. That was my first time ever in papa murphys so is it only online orders and I just didn’t know how to do it? Read moreI would not have given the 1 star but it wouldn't let me have no stars highlighted, meaning a rating of 0. We got pizza from this location today that we ordered online. We were working from home and put the pizza in without realizing they made the wrong pizza. Once it came out of the oven we realized immediately and called immediately. We thought they would ask for the order information and I have pictures and that they would credit us for next time we came in. We ordered a Big Murphy and got a 5 meat pizza (Huge disappointment). They said we would have to bring the pizza back to them. I explained that I have pictures and that we did not have the time to come again today for their mistake. They said that was all they could do. Make sure when you leave the store you check your pizza because they don't fix their mistakes unless you make another trip to their store the same day with the pizza. I get that people might have taken them on this in the past but I have pictures and they are dated. With social distancing we are rarely going out anyhow so I feel that this response was not a reasonable...
