I come to Smoothie King during my lunch break at least once a week. I usually have a great experience, but today left me feeling like I never want to go back there. I ordered a gladiator strawberry with banana. I entered the store and saw a white smoothie in the fridge, but assumed it wasn’t mine because I ordered a strawberry drink. The kid at the fridge took it out and hesitated. Said he’d be right back. Seemed like he was rushed, despite me being the only customer in the store. Did a double take then handed me the smoothie. I asked if there was strawberry in this and he said yes out of uncertainty. I didn’t have time to argue with him as I needed to get back to base for work. I got back to my car and took one sip of it. Tasted like bananas with protein powder and ice….. Left feeling gaslighted. Think I’ll just make my smoothies...

For a staff member who takes the time to know their customers and what they like is amazing customer service. She also takes her time to help new members of the team get acclimated to the environment and shows them and trains them when they have questions. She does not do stuff for them she teaches them which is a great person to have behind the counter. Read moreIt's hot as hell in here. The temperature is set super high in this smoothie king location so by the time you get your smoothie, it's melted. Watched 3 people have to return their stuff within the 20 minutes i was there because of this and my fruit bowl was partially melted too.
2 stars for the staff cause David was super nice and helped hold the door open for me plus, the rest of the staff told me that they weren't allowed to touch it so if management is reading this, you should probably turn the thermostat down cause it's causing a lot of issues with the smoothies and fruit bowls.
