Decided to stop in for some noodles today and was blown away. Starting off with the dining room, the atmosphere here is very pleasant and a nice mix between fine dining and casual sit down dining. The restaurant is very clean and well decorated. I had their rice wrap spring roll to start and it was very fresh with hints of mint in the roll that was very refreshing. The peanut sauce that came with it was very creamy and sweet. Ive never had a roll pre cut which made it a little loose but it would make it great to share with friends. For my meal I had the Thai Spicy noodles and was blown away by the flavor. The server asked how spicy I would like it on a scale of 1 to 5, I chose 4, and to my surprise the noodles were actually spicy! I feel like alot of asain places hold back on the spice but this place didn't and it was amazing. The flavors in the noodles were amazing and well balanced. I highly recommend stopping here for some...
Read moreI got three courses. Starting with the chicken wings they were crispy but lacked salt or any flavor. They should consider brining ahead of time to increase flavor. Next I got the duck noodles. This was probably the most flavorless noodle bowl I've gotten in quite some time. I tried asking for salt and soy sauce which neither made it taste any better. Also, the duck tasted quite old and not fresh. Lastly, I got the mango sticky rice which was not bad. I would definitely say it was the best part of the meal. Surprisingly nobody asked me if I needed anything or if the mail is good or thank you for coming in. Just an awkward experience and I definitely wouldn't come back again. More of anything the food just plainly is not that good. I don't know if maybe some new folks that didn't know how to flavor things but if you are the owner of this place, make sure the chefs taste the food! Presentation...
Read moreOur experience at this restaurant was disappointing. When we went we were served food was overly sweet and when we brought this up to the waiter we were simply told that “That’s just the coconut.” The overly sassy tone also didn’t help.
To make matters worse despite expressing our dissatisfaction we were secretly charged for the oversweet dish. The waiter justified this by saying the seafood was expensive and that we had to pay 50% of the dish despite the fact that it was inedible.
There was no clear policy stating this beforehand which felt both unreasonable and unfair.
A restaurant should stand behind the quality of its food and have transparent policies regarding customer satisfaction. Unfortunately this was not the case. I would not recommend dining at this restaurant and there are far better options with better service and fairer policies that I...
