Attempted to celebrate my husband’s birthday at Euphoria; we were staying at the resort. I made the reservation when we booked our stay 6 weeks prior. Reservation was at 7pm we arrived a few minutes early, the host seated us right away. We were seated at a table for two, in the center of the dining room. There was a larger party by the kitchen celebrating a birthday and a party of 6 next to us. Maybe 2 other two tops, that was it. Bar and Lounge seemed busy. The server greeted us, took our drink and appetizer order. Someone else came back with our wine, our server never came back to order our dinner. The app came out, no one came back to check on us. We finished the appetizer, waited and realized it’s now been 40 minutes and our server hasn’t been back. My husband was facing the dining room and kitchen, he could see our server waiting on other tables. We could not get his attention or anyone else’s. At 7:50pm I headed to the host stand and asked the host if he could send our server over. The host asked me if anyone has been to the table since we sat, I let him know we ordered drinks, an app, haven’t ordered dinner yet and it’s been almost an hour since we sat. The host replied with “you have your app and drinks, you’re good”. I then asked if he could send him over and the host said he’s busy. At this point I was thinking maybe something was wrong with the kitchen or they were just down people and didn’t have enough staff that night. It just didn’t seem that crazy, especially when the host was assisting with a birthday song when I went up the host stand. I asked if we should go somewhere else and he responded with might be a good idea. At this time, the chef was coming out to chat with the host, heard our conversation and asked to help. At this time, I told the chef the situation, he went to get the server. The server must have saw me chatting with them, brought bread over to the table then came to the host stand with the chef. The chef asked him in front of me if he’s been to the table to take our order and he responded with yes ma’am, you were in the bathroom. I never left the table except to go to the host stand to request our server to return. The host was being really rude arguing with me when all I asked was to send the server over. I then told him he was being rude he didn’t appreciate my feedback, he made it worse. The chef asked me to stay and he will be right over. The chef was very nice, he tried to turn it around but at this point it’s now over an hour after we sat down, trying to celebrate a birthday and we are just done. When I returned to the table, my husband said when I was up at the host stand, the server just dropped the bread basket never asked about taking an order or if we needed anything. We paid the bill and left. I discussed with the resort manager, they gave us vouchers to breakfast the next day at the same restaurant. From what I understood, they don’t run the restaurant. Luckily a restaurant at nearby City Walk was still open for 20 minutes, they took great care of us at the bar and we were able to salvage the evening! Everything else at the resort was amazing including pool and cabana...

We are staying at Margaritaville for a long fathers day weekend and opted to dine on-site our 1st night, regretted that decision almost instantly.
Our son is a very picky eater and so to allow for a peaceful dinner for my wife and I we doordashed mcdonalds for him. As the host calls us she notices the happy mean box and asks if we like the movie (Inside Out), we end talking for several mins abt the movie.
A few mins later our server comes over, Jamie I believe and the very 1st thing out of her mouth, "We don't usually allow outside food here, just letting you know...". Like what is the absolute point of that? You kicking us out? You not gonna serve us? Like what, other than put me in a mood! We kindly reply, right however our toddler is too picky and won't eat off your menu. She smiles and asks for drink orders. TBH, I wanted to leave, but my wife calmed me. If this was a rule, perhaps it's enforced at the host station or posted...etc. but in fact the opposite occurred the host noticed and pleasantly had a convo about it.
We ordered their coconut special and a blackberry mojito, but we're ok. We had the Lobster bisque and Lobster roll as apps. The bisque had a good portion of lobster but was more room temp then warm. The lobster roll was really good, it had more mayo than I expected but it didn't detract from the dish.
For the mains I got the shrimp scampi with garlic butter fettuccine and my wife got the seared scallops with truffle cream corn. The pasta was bland, totally missing garlic and butter. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. The scallops were really good, but the truffle cream corn tasted like corn, nothing special.
20% gratuity is auto added to the bill, when I see this it tells me that the service must not be great if the establishment is forcing it. To top that off our server wasnt great, in fact turned us off in the very 1st moments of the...
Read moreHad a good time at this restaurant, but expected more.
We sat at the bar and waited at least 15 minutes for someone to come over. For a while we didn’t even see any employees in there. It didn’t even seem that busy, and only the lounge was open, not even the full restaurant yet.
Our waitress finally came to greet us and take drink orders. She was very nice and apologized for the wait. It seemed like she was the only server working there for a while. She brought our drinks after a few minutes, which were great. The food took about a normal amount of time to come out and everything was really good. I got the wagyu burger and truffle fries, and my wife got the fried arancini.
The atmosphere was nice and pretty clean, but it didn’t seem very lively. There was no background music playing on the speakers so it was a little odd because it was very quiet. They also had the news on the bar tvs, which we thought, for a chill beach themed resort was a very weird choice. There was a small stage for live music, but that didn’t start until 7, which seemed pretty late for a resort lounge.
We had a good time. The drinks, food, and server were all great. Just as far as atmosphere and vibe, for a Margaritaville resort, we expected it to be a...
