This place deserves zero stars! Here's my problem, the prices are good and the store is clean. They have a large variety of items, but They tried to steal from me.
When I went to check out, the lady behind the counter rang two of my items twice. Then I saw a charge pop up for a tote bag that I did not have. I had to tell her 3 times to remove the 3 erroneous charges before she finally called a manager over. The manager removes the 2 items that were double scanned but not the tote bag. They then put all of my items into a pink reusable shopping bag and tell me my total.
I then proceeded to tell them I never asked for the tote bag and that I would not be paying for it. Take my stuff out and put it in a standard plastic sac. The manager got visibly angry and finally removed the charge and put my stuff in the correct bag. I paid and then proceeded to walk out.
As I was walking out, the checkout woman nudges the manager and says, "Dang, he's smart."
I immediately turned to them and said, "yea I'm smart, you all are thieves!" As soon as they realized I heard them, they both turned away and quickly scuttled away from the register.
If you want to shop here for deals, I understand, but watch your register and charges like a hawk, because it's my opinion that these worked have been trained to steal money and scan things in the hopes you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMe and my family were visiting Florida, so we decided to stop at the Magic Castle gift shop in Kissimmee. My cousin Sophia wanted to shop there because it had a featured in a movie called The Florida Project. Walking in they had a huge selection of all different items ranging from Mick Mouse, Harry Potter, things for the beach, and Florida teamed items. When looking for the perfect gift for my dad they had different types of shot glasses, key chains, and even little Florida license plates with every name you can possibly imagine on them. I had decided to get him the little license plate with his name on it. Picking it up off the rack it felt and looked like it was a true mini license plate Floridians have. I felt as if it was perfect gift to give someone because of the personalized name and it tells that you went to Florida. However, the price of it was overpriced in my opinion, as it cost eight dollars, but it is still super cute. I just feel that if it were priced around five or six dollars it would be reasonable since it is so small and can fit in the palm of my hand. Out of five stars I would give it a three, since it did have my dadās name and looked very realistic but, for the price and size I would not give it higher. I would repurchase it if they went down...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst gift shop I've ever been to. I wouldn't even give one star, but that's the lowest option to be able to review. We waited in line for about ten minutes and a woman in line in front of us wouldn't bring her stuff up to the counter for like a full two minutes because her family was still shopping, so my boyfriend and I brought up a couple pins to pay for and they would not serve us because it was the woman's turn (who wasn't ready yet, I don't know why she was in line if she wasn't). Her family brought up more and more things to pay for periodically so we just put our things back and left because it was taking so long. Plus they have to look every item up in a catalog to get the prices so it takes forever. I really wanted those pins so I came back the next day and bought a few that I couldn't find in other stores and the same woman at the counter to was just standing there doing something else and wouldn't serve us, so a man employee came up after a minute or two and helped us check out. The man wasn't rude to me but the women there were. I wanted those pins but I regret giving them my money. Worst...
