We’ve loved this place for a long time but after today won’t be coming back.
My husband went in and ordered two pizzas. One standard and one gluten free crust for me because I have food sensitivities. Up till now we’ve never had a problem.
They took our money. Told my husband it would be 20 minutes. Pretty standard.
20 minutes pass and they tell him one is done but the other is still in the oven. He stands around for another 5 minutes before they then tell him actually they don’t have any of the gluten free crust.
Listen, we’re not mad they didn’t have it. That happens. We’re mad they let us wait knowing they didn’t have it and tried to lie about it at first.
They offered to give my husband his pizza for free but he doesn’t want to eat one in front of me. He asked for a refund. Didn’t demand his tip back and we left.

This was the worst eating establishment I have ever visited in Frankfort. Do not tip the with your order. Wait until after you have received it. First off, we waited 10 min to order to go and told the young lady that took our order we were waiting at the table inside. She said they would let us know when it was ready. We waited almost an hour. We asked when our sandwiches would be ready. The guy said they had been ready for almost 30 minutes. So basically they were supposed to be hot sandwiches but we're cold when we got them. I then asked where my order of Wings was. They said they forgot and would we mind waiting another 10-15 minutes while they were prepared. I had already paid so ... Yeah we waited.. they came came out barely cooked and just warm...

A chain pizza place with delicious food and longer than anticipated wait time.
Pros: Pizza and 3-cheese breadsticks were great. Food is 5-stars delicious.
Cons: Very few seating options to dine in, parking is terrible, and I had to wait 15 minutes more than I was quoted on the phone for a pickup order. I understand long wait times nowadays, but give me a reasonably accurate time of when my food will be ready. I will try again down the road as maybe that was a one off issue.
