POURter's — Restaurant in Frankfort

My favorite spot! This place is the kind of hidden gem you almost don’t want to tell everyone about because you want to keep it to yourself.

The vibes are warm and easygoing as soon as you pull up. It initially seems like parking is limited, however, it always seems to work out. It's like walking into a friend’s backyard party, but with better drinks and someone else doing the dishes. The staff always greets me (and my friends, family, etc) like they’ve known us for years, and they even have games and such to entertain your kids while you enjoy any type of beer (and most types of cocktails) you can imagine.

Order bar food or hit the food truck while you are there. They never disappoint.

What I loved most is that it never felt like we were out of place bringing the whole family. Music was upbeat but not blaring, there was space to breathe, and everyone enjoyed themselves. I have been to Pourter's with ages ranging from six months to 86 years and everybody always asks when we can go back. Live music, karaoke, theme parties, random Tuesday night, business lunch, whatever.

A comfortable, local hangout with a truly chill vibe. Always greeted with a smile when you walk through the doors. A true family-friendly bar where the kids can enjoy coloring, building blocks, or some shuffleboard while the adults listen to music, catch a game on the TV, or choose one of the many craft selections on tap. Friendly, inclusive, and a true come as you are and kick back atmosphere. Truly, one of our favorite spots...

Pourter’s is by far my favorite bar in Frankfort. I love being able to try different beers and ciders without having to buy a full glass until I find one (or two) that I love. The atmosphere is upbeat and positive. The owners and bartenders are incredibly kind and welcoming. The tvs are great for Saturday football and the live music on Friday nights is fun.
