This is a total locals only bar. This was probably the least friendly bar we went to in Kentucky. As soon as we walked in the door we were all promptly stared down. Ordering beer went okay. Molly is an awesome bar dog. We mainly wanted to play pool and the table was already set and we got the go ahead for the paid game so we played. We wanted to set the table before leaving to return the favor but they āhad no more quartersā and the quarter machine was out of service. Someone came over and asked us what we were doing there since we just reeked of being visitors. It just felt odd and unwelcome. I canāt remember anytime where Iāve had that feeling in a bar before. Everywhere else in Kentucky has been extremely nice to us!
Iām sure itās a decent spot but if youāre not a local then Godspeed. We ended up somewhere else after that beer. The wings sure looked good though. Also the bar dog Molly was awesome.

Mind you, it wasn't a busy at all (12 people there). Took over 10 minutes for my friend to close his tab, when my friend said he wanted to close his tab for the 3rd time and wanted leave the bartender replied "Thank God". They have random customers checking our ID's and the customer grabbed my friends wallet and wasn't letting go of it. The customer came up to us pointing and cussing at us and said that I shouldn't talk to her if i know whats best for me.I told her to walk away and leave me alone. The bartender never corrected her for her actions, in fact he took up for her. I will never go to the brick when Craig is there. If I could give zero stars I would. That...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have to admit, I could go to Brick Alley all the time because the food is absolutely amazing! Their potato skins and fried pickles are standout dishes, and the chicken with their variety of sauces is just freakin' incredible. Every bite is a delight!Brick Alley also has a great vibe when thereās a DJ, which happens once a blue moon. Itās a fantastic place to turn up and have some fun. I remember one Halloween in particularāeveryone was dressed up, there was a great DJ, and I spent the night eating and dancing. Such a memorable experience!
The new bartender seems pretty cool too, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. If you havenāt checked out Brick Alley yet, definitely make a trip for the food; you wonāt be...
