Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Franklin

Great experience! Last night was the first time had ever had food from here. We loved it. My wife had the Philly cheese steak, she said it was perfect. The best she had ever had. I had the meatball sub and added peppers. It too was fantastic. Our 8 year old autistic son had the plain chicken sub and he ate it all. Besides the food being way above average, the service was also above the call of duty. There was only a two person staff and a long line. They handled it with speed and accuracy. It was exactly what a fast food experience should be, and a lot more. FYI the portions were also huge, and the price was very reasonable. Next time you're thinking subs, give it a shot, you'll be...

Update: They've got new staff who I believe we can rely on. I can safely change this to 5 stars which is what the home of A Sub Above truly deserves.

I've been a regular at this Jersey Mike's for a couple years now (3-4 days a week) and up until recently it's been fantastic. They've had an influx of new staff, however, and none of them seem to know what they're doing or really care to be honest. The bread has been burnt everytime I've been in the past couple weeks and they rush through toppings to the point I might as well just let them decide what I get. It's pitiful and I probably won't be returning to this location...

It's been a few years since we tried eating here and now I can see why we stop eating here in the first place. There was a lot of people just standing around, the bread was hard, bacon over cooked, very little meat on on the sandwiches / not very fresh .... it was almost like eating at subway. Well I can say I've had better experience there , then this place. Spending over $40. wishing that I would have went to Firehouse. I also had to pick trash up of the floor by the door to keep from tripping on it. Will not be going back. It's sad to see a place like this in the location it is...
