Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Franklin

Visited Jimmy John's today for a quick bite to eat with my son. I am a business owner myself, and in my highly competitive industry, customer service is essential to my success and survival.

Consequently, I have a tendency to pay attention to the details when visiting other businesses as a consumer. Our experience at Jimmy John's today was absolutely spectacular. First of all, the team (Matt, Jay, and Josh) were all incredibly helpful and really took time to provide my son and I with valuable suggestions and guidance. Our sandwiches were delivered as ordered with fresh, tasty ingredients. The "icing on the cake" was the three aforementioned associates who made the experience so pleasurable.

We will certainly be back to...

I hadn't had Jimmy John's in a while, so we went ahead and grabbed a turkey Tom and a pickle for dinner. The bread was French style. They have really good bread. The pickle was good, too. Oversized. It did not take long to get the food. It was ready right when we got there. The staff are very nice and attentive. There were no issues with parking either, but on a busy day, I've seen this lot full. The price is just under $10 per person so, not too bad. I haven't had any issues with this location. I see myself coming back quite often. I'd recommend...

Sloppy and careless. Received two sandwiches that didn’t have much on them besides the bread. One of the two had chicken after we had specifically requested no chicken, despite it being printed on the receipt. We called and were told a replacement for the sandwich that was supposed to be meatless would be sent out, only to receive yet ANOTHER sandwich with chicken on it. I’m vegetarian! This entire experience was incredibly unsatisfactory and disappointing. We love Jimmy John’s but I can’t say that we’ll continue to visit this location after...
