The Skylight — Restaurant in Franklin

This week was supposed to be a great event for the Olympics at the Factory. We were so excited to come watch the Games with all of our friends, but this bar ran out of champagne by 6:30pm on the first Saturday of The Olympics.

There is an entire Moet + Chandon/ Veuve Clicuqot display surrounding this bar to promote their brands and the Olympics in France. So how can you under-order a spirit that is in most of the featured cocktails?

Located inside the center of The Factory in Franklin, Tennessee off Franklin Road, this beautiful bar opened in 2023 in the renovated space. They offer beer, wine, and a selection of cocktails. The only food we saw on the menu was hummus w/ pita chips and vegetable medley. I had the Quittin’ Thyme cocktail made with gin, thyme-honey syrup, curacao, and lemon.
