They have great tea but awful service. I’m sure other places have similar quality tea. They have extremely limited hours and stop taking orders 10-15 minutes before close so when you rush to get there after work because they close so early, they won’t serve you. 5 min before close MAY be understandable but not 10-15. And this has happened multiple times where they’ve already cleaned up and closed everything. I just don’t understand. Change your hours then. Lady at the counter has an excuse for everything. Says things aren’t on the menu anymore so she cant make them, but then tells you that you have to custom make it and all the ingredients are available that way (she recommended I do it this way). I no longer like to jump through hoops when nothing makes sense. There’s 1 lady behind the counter and she won’t take my food order because she says I have to wait in a different line, even tho she’s the only one taking orders.
