I want to give Zero star if I could. If you think all these bad reviews on this restaurant is exaggerating, you are wrong. I wish I read previous reviews before I visited here. I used drive through , placed my order and paid and that is when the nightmare started. I waited in line patiently for about 7 minutes for 2 cars in front of me to move. And when it was my turn, the lady in dark shirt gave me wrong food and I told her that is not what I ordered. She asked me if I ordered happy meal with chicken nuggets, which I did, and also asked me if I paid already. I said I paid at the first window and she just closed the window and did not come back for another 7 - 8 min. No one at the drive through window , but I could see my food just sitting on the countertop inside. Finally, I waved at the lady inside who was wearing green shirt and she opened the window and told me i needed to pay. I told her I already paid and she said the computer is broken and I needed to come inside to make payment. I showed her the receipt and she was frustrated with me which I do not understand why it was her who was upset, not me, and handed me the ordered and rushed me to move out of the line. I asked her to give me my receipt back, and she wrinkled it and handed it to me shouting 'You TAKE THIS'. Again, am I the only one who thinks it is crazy that she is the upset one, not me??? I sighed, and she yelled at me if i needed something else, and i said no. Instead, I asked her name and she told me why she would need her name. I told her I will just file a complaint online and she said she was the manager. I told her I already know that by the uniform you are wearing. Then, she yelled at me again to move out of the line because there are people waiting behind me. Not only they do not know how to work, they do not know how to work in service industry. I do not expect 5 star customer service from McDonald's, but it is beyond the rudeness. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, being accused of not paying, not getting my food, why are they yelling at me? If anyone should yell or is frustrated, it should be ME, not THEM! It became apparent that he assumed my party did not speak Spanish and proceeded to make derogatory remarks about my elderly father, who moves at a slower pace. His disrespectful comments were aimed at pressuring us to expedite our order. As a result, we felt targeted and disrespected. Upon bringing this issue to the attention of the manager on duty, Claudia, I was further dismayed by her response. Instead of addressing the issue with the seriousness it deserved, she attempted to deceive me by claiming that Alejandro was addressing her, which I found to be utterly untrue. Moreover, when I requested their names for documentation purposes, Claudia visibly attempted to conceal her uniform, adding to the distress of the situation. It is deeply disheartening to have experienced such a lack of professionalism and integrity within your establishment. The behavior exhibited by your staff not only tarnished the reputation of your business but also left a lasting negative impression on me as a customer.    Read moreOrdered on app for pickup in store, the sign says 6am. Door was locked. Went through drive thru they told me the sign was wrong they snapped and said theyâd open the lobby. I told them to just refund and cancel the order, they couldnât do that but theyâd get a manager. I told them Iâd wait in the drive thru till they found her. She said the order number has letters and numbers, I said I ordered for pickup in store it is 1603â she seemed slow, oh that was the manager. She said she couldnât find it. So I showed her my iPhone showed her where it said the order number and the address of store, they I showed her how much they charged me. She then lied and said I wasnât charged yet I have my receipt on the app. The manager a heavyset woman with black hair is severely retarded, donât know who she blew to get that job cause clearly her intelligence had nothing to do with it. Of course the first guy I talked on the loudspeaker was ready to give me the order before I said I wanted to cancel it.
