Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Frederick

So I was considering giving pizza bolis another chance until I saw all the incredible negative reviews, including the one where they almost killed a kid by having a wire from a grill scrub brush in the food they delivered, I can't speak to that because that didn't happen to me, but here is what happened to me.

I used to order form pizza bolis frequently, but a couple years ago I had an order from them that was so bad, that I stopped ordering. About 2 years ago I ordered a chicken parm sub from the Frederick Pizza bolis, it was THE WORST food I have ever ordered from anywhere, and it isn't even close. There was no effort put into this food, it was absolutely insulting, you couldn't do worse even if you tried. What I received was extremely overcooked chicken, to a ridiculous degree, rock hard and dry as the sahara, and stale bread, unreasonably stale, not even passable, it was rock hard bread. There was NO SAUCE, not a little sauce, not under sauced, NO SAUCE, not only that, there was NO PROVOLONE, at all, completely left out. I took it as a personal insult, this wasn't a bad day, whoever made this sandwich decided I didn't matter and spit in my face. Do not ever order from Pizza bolis, you are disrespecting yourself if you order from this horrible place. I rarely leave a negative review but this disgusting establishment deserves every negative review they get. Avoid...

🚨update🚨 jist when things could not get worse I received a call from two different ppl The first one called and offered me apology and then offered to give me $50 in online credit, but I had to open up an account online. I refuse because I have no intentions on returning back there then on about April 22 the actual owner of the store reached out to me. He was still unapologetic was not sincere and I quote. He said I’m begging you ma’am can you please remove the post? It’s hurting my business. He was more so worried about his business then the actual event that took place a child could have died been severely injured or an adult. Anyone could’ve been hurt by showing too fast and not paying attention that it was something in their food. Be careful when you go there double check your food for yourself and your child. It’s not about the money it’s about the principal and being sincere.🚨My child was eating pizza and found a piece of wire in her food while chewing. Went back to the store and the cashier had to call the owner the owner was not caring about the situation he offered me a 14.00 gift card my child cloud have choke the wire could have punctured the roof of her mouth I would not be going back and neither should anyone else. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would...the general manager Ghalian needs to learn how to respectively deal with customer complaints.. when placing my order the lady on the phone never updated my address so my pizza got delivered to the wrong place, they then called confirmed my new address for a 2nd time, the delivery driver finally shows up w no food in hand says I left your food at tge original place around the corner I'll be right back... and I shouldn't be upset that my food was left unattended in a hotel lobby of all places and then given to me? And on top of that the order wasn't even correct. so i when politely called to speak to a Manger his first response is ...well I can tell you right now my delivery driver didn't do that!
