Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Fredericksburg

I came in to get a steak and cheese.i had to wait as 4 employees laughed and talked...Then after several minutes someone noticed me and took my order..They proceeded to toss my steak ingredients on the grill that was dirty as hell..I asked the manager if the grill co u ld be scraped first..Im paying 15.00 for a steak sandwich I'd much rather not eat caked on burnt meat pebbles from someone else steak that was cooked earlier...Wow...Why do I even have to ask for this simple food service must.. .Very fliping sad....This is what fast food service has come to...The food is good but the quality is trash..Safe food practices are not followed..I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you verify cleanliness because Noone here seems to be...

The first horrible Jersey Mike's sub I've ever had in my life. Check out my reviews. I've given them all 5 stars. The grill cook must fancy himself a chef and have a liking of overly salted food. It was salty to the point of being inedible. The assistant manager Brianna argued with me and said they didn't add salt. I wasn't going to give her my culinary background. Especially to someone who was arguing such an absurd point. It was salty to the point of being a comedy routine. The real manager called me 5 minutes later. She offered a refund. I wasn't going to drive back again. The sandwich found its place in the garbage along with my $15. If you order from this place be very clear. No Extra Salt... I'm not going back...

Foods great gere but they are slower than all get out. The whole purpose of online ordering is to not have to wait in line and for your food to be ready when you get there. If you are having to stand around and wait while people are walking in ordering and leaving before you get your food then it defeats the purpose and i might as well had stood in line. Orders that have been paid for vs orders not paid for should have top priority. Not the way I would run a business. Orders should be made in the order the payment was recieved. If I order online and pay then my food should be made before someone in line who hasnt paid yet....
