Went in around 5:30-6 pm on 07/11/23. 2 stars for the man that greeted us in a gray shirt and took our order. He was the only good thing about our experience. Ordered garlic knots, thin and crispy large Hawaiian pizza with black olives added, and zeppole. Restaurant had zero atmosphere. During our time waiting and eating there was 2 DD orders, 1 takeout from an individual, and 1 other couple who was ordering when we were leaving. With an open kitchen and large windows the dining area was very warm, but with a toddler we decided to eat in. It’s not the employees fault it was warm and I hope the restaurant has some air in the back for them. What was the 6 employees fault: There was mold on the ceiling vent we saw when we got ready to leave, there was food under every table on one side of the restaurant, there was an open bottle drink sitting by the hand sanitizer right as you walk in on a table, the cutlery area we saw as we were leaving and it was dirty, the trash area had a good sized stack of dirty silver serving trays with flies on them that they hadn’t bothered gathering, there was no TV on, no music on, and all of our food was….less then desired. All of our food tasted like it was made from old dough. I don’t know if they make from scratch here or buy frozen but either way it was very old. The garlic knots were burnt on the outside and had the nasties texture inside, the pizza was the literal texture of damp cardboard and tasted just as bad, the sauce, pineapple, and olives tasted like they were from a can. The ham was questionable in actually being ham. Nothing stuck to the pizza at all and when picked up, even once cooled, slid right off. I don’t think the cooked it nearly long enough. The zeppole also had an old flavor and were very hard. The raspberry sauce they came with was good though. It tasted like jelly donut filling. The parm cheese the knots came out with, and the packets of parm on the table, had a super odd consistency and no flavor. Why didn’t I go talk to a manager? Because the women I believe was the manager in a red Hawaiian shirt was complaining about being there from the moment we walked in to quite a ways into our meal. She was not complimentary to the restaurant or the fact that she was there to say the least. It was absolutely not someone I wanted to have to talk to. The BOH staff were cleaning basically the entire time we were there and the man who dropped out food was polite, but at no point, even sitting two tables from the counter, we’re we asked how it was. We weren’t even told have a good day when we left. I would never...
Read moreLet me preface this by saying I rarely negatively review restaurants much less family restaurants. I'm hoping that my experience was just a fluke. And i would be doing anyone who wants to go here a disservice without giving this information
The order: Buffalo chicken pizza Chicken parm sub Mozzarella sticks Root beer Tiramisu Grand total of 50$ (via UBEREATS)
The presentation: The buffalo pizza seemed a bit off due to how absurdly shiny the pizza seemed (oily) and aside from that pretty standard
The chicken parm was, lack luster and appeared to be thrown together or microwaved
Mozzarella- theyre sticks of cheese, normal
Tiramisu- for the price-point offered i would have expected a home made slice of the same size, but it came prepackaged
The experience: The buffalo chicken pizza was extremely runny, the cheese slide off the pizza and made it pretty difficult/messy to eat (even by my standards) one saving grace was the dough that was excellently made, cooked to just the right amount of crispness. But i couldnt really bring myself to eat any more than a slice and a half of the pizza
The chicken parm tasted as it looked, bland, with the tomato sauce just being there, it tasted like it had been sitting under a heatlamp for while or thrown together and microwaved (although again, the bread was decent)
Much like the chicken parm the mozzarella sticks tasted a bit bland like they were microwaved, which I wouldn't have minded because, hey, theyre mozzarella sticks but for the meager amount provided and the price-point i expected more.
The tiramisu tasted alkaline, like it had been stored away for a while(almost like alchohol), which has NEVER happened to me before, but credit where credit is due, it arrived at a nice chill but not frozen temperature.
Rootbeer was one of the few things i could enjoy, but all in all bad experience and i hope this can be a learning experience to both the restaurant as a whole and customers...

Paisano's undoubtedly has the best Philly Cheesesteak in the area with their Original Philly Cheesesteak. This is why I gave them two stars instead of one. Based on what happened today, I will never go back.
I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. There was one couple who already had their food and were finishing eating. I ordered my food and sat down and then a gentleman and his son ordered and they sat down.
The wait was long but it wasn't overbearing. I noticed the server deliver food to the gentleman despite me ordering before him. I thought it was weird, but I've seen stranger things.
A couple of minutes passed and the gentleman flagged down the server stating that he had received the wrong meal. It was actually mine that he got.
The gentleman had already put ketchup on the fries and had eaten some, but did not touch the sub. The server took the food from the gentlemen and then brought it over. He acted like it was no big deal because the gentleman had only a few fries.
Not only did the server not try to make it right by having a new meal made, he hovered over me as in, "here you go...sorry" as he expected me to eat it.
I didn't make a big deal about it because I'm not one to inconvenience people at restaurants, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized that this could be a safety issue. Would you really want to eat a meal that someone else has started to eat?
This is why I will never patronize this restaurant again. There was no attempt to make it right...not even a new order of fries at minimum.
Think about this scenario if you decide to eat...
