Wendy's — Restaurant in Freeport

My boyfriend and I went in and ordered to go, the two female cashiers were very rude and seemed more interested in their personal conversation than waiting on customers. While she was taking my order she was overall rude and not friendly at all. While we were waiting for our food I was getting my drink md they were out of what I wanted. The two cashiers were bagging our order and messing around the whole time. They gave us our food and I had to remind them about the frosty I ordered and she rolled her eyes at me when I told her. When I got home I began distributing the food and realized I didn’t receive the chicken nuggets I had ordered. The frosty was very fluffy as if it had been sitting there for a while. The fries were also cold and soggy and very over salted. My chicken wraps were not wrapped and the edges of the tortillas were very hard. My burger was also made wrong and was very dry. Overall it was a terrible experience. I tried calling about it and no one picked up, I tried 4times over the course of an hour in case they were busy and couldn’t get to the phone, but still never got An answer. Went through drive-thru just for a pop, will not eat a meal there... Last time we ordered burgers and took them home at 9 year old daughter said she didn't like the burger I took it away from her, and looked at it it was a double cheeseburger one Patty was cooked the other one was raw, I called the restaurant right away and told them about it the manager act like she didn't believe me I did keep a picture of it.. she told me if I wanted another sandwich I could bring it back in and she would give me another one but she couldn't believe that they would put a raw Burger on a sandwich.. the only reason I get popped there is because McDonald's across the street doesn't carry root beer otherwise I'd never go to the restaurant again they need...

I went through the drive-through at Wendy’s I ordered A chicken and Hickory bacon breakfast sandwich with a potato wedges and it came with the soda after noticing how ridiculously small the sandwich was I ordered a sausage muffin with cheese. They charge me a dollar for a slice of cheese. I told them to remove the slice of cheese because I’m not paying a $1.00 for a slice of cheese that is incredibly ridiculous. The sandwiches were the size of a modern biscuit and I was into this meal for just shy of $13.00 I’m not that cheap, but that was ridiculous.
