If you’re searching for a burger experience that’s nothing short of extraordinary, look no further than this Nations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an atmosphere buzzing with warmth and the irresistible aroma of sizzling patties. The menu is a masterpiece of creativity and flavor, offering everything from classic cheeseburgers to bold, gourmet creations that push the boundaries of what a burger can be. I opted for their signature cheese burger, and it was a revelation—juicy, perfectly seasoned beef, paired with fresh, crisp toppings and a bun toasted to perfection. Every bite was a symphony of textures and tastes that left me craving more.
What truly elevated the experience, though, was the exceptional service provided by Thad. He’s the kind of employee who makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit—attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Thad took the time to recommend the perfect side (the fries are a must!) and checked in just enough to make the meal feel special without hovering. His energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and it’s clear he’s a key part of what makes this place so memorable.
Nations isn’t just a meal—it’s a destination. With food this good and staff like Thad bringing their A-game, it’s no wonder this spot has earned a permanent place on my must-visit list. Do yourself a favor and stop by—you won’t be...
Read moreI tried to order pies for Christmas by phone one of the supervisors picked up the phone and said she didn't have time to talk. So, I drove to the restaurant to buy my pies. At the time I arrived I knew who was talking on the phone with me with rudely voice. I saw there weren't many customers in the store, and why she didn't have time to talk on the phone. When I arrived she was at the cashier station and asked me with the RUDELY VOICE again what i want. I forgot her name, but I knew she was indian woman and a badge said supervisor. While I was ordering pies she was rudely asking me. I told her can I have haft pie of each flavor she said NO. And then, i asked her again can i have haft of the pecan pie? She said yes. Then, I asked her again if I could get haft pie of each flavor she said "YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND AGAIN" I didn't think I changed my mind. She made me embarrassed front of many people around me. I did ask her in the beginning and I didn't know why she yelled at me so much with the rudely voice Event on the phone. i went there last year, but i didnt have any experience like that. I hope HR or the owner should look for this or retrain their supervisor's attitude. The rest of the staffs under this supervisor were nicer than her with the welcome smile. It seems hostile environment. I will not return to this...
Read moreNation's has had quite a long history in Fremont. The move from the previous location was by far one the best decisions made by their local management, given the difference in exposure and traffic from its original location next to Fremont hub.
As for the food, it's still very much the same. It's ironic that over the year's, Nation's is best known for their breakfast and pies. Truth to be told, their burgers are rather plain and have fallen off the radar as their competitors experiment and develop better products.
If you're looking for an authentic diner experience, this isn't really the place. A lot of the food comes precooked and they simply reheat it. That doesn't mean the triple egger doesn't hit the spot for a steak & egg guy.
The staff is rather friendly and offer your standard pleasantries when possible. Try not to be asses to them, if anything, Nation's corporate is the reason why the menu (well, business in general) is stale.
If you want the true authentic All-American Nation's experience, go to the one in SF, which is still under the ownership of the founder, who actually tries to treat their employees with respect, pays them appropriately for their dedication, and maintains a standard for...
