i live about ten minutes away. let me tell you the past 3 times i have been here within the span of a month, i have not had one good experience. first off all, the owner has the worst attitude i've seen. i'm not sure if it's because he is older or because he really hates his life but he lets it reflect his people skills greatly. secondly, the waitress we had was extremely rude, refusing to tell the owner and cook that our food was bad and practically demanded we did it ourselves. she created a huge hostile environment avoiding us, rolling her eyes, and then continued to engage in an aggressive conversation regarding her tip. the owner gaslit us into believing we were angry and did not give us an option to tip because we had "not asked and he didn't want to ask us because we're angry". we had told the waitress we were going to tip but were not given the option to where she proceeded to become more hostile and aggressive claiming there were other ways we could have tipped her or tried and exclaimed she knew we were not going to tip her after us asking her to tell the manager about the bad food. she ended the conversation with offensive remarks while the owner watched a stared judgmentally. this place is definitely not worth the cheap priced food and non existent air condition. not...
Read moreI can understand that last night was a Tuesday night. The place wasn't busy. There were maybe 2 other tables occupied. The service was TERRIBLE. There was only one high chair in the entire place, and no booster seats at all. The host, who was also the waitress for the night was a rude pig. She had friends hanging out with her as she worked, and had an attitude like she didn't want to be there, or that she just didn't want to work. For our left over pizza she gave us paper plates, and a paper bag to wrap up a few slices with, and garlic bread. Seriously? We were with our friends, and they had ordered an anti pasta salad, and wanted to take the leftovers home. Her literal words were "This is gonna be a pain in the butt. I'll be right back." Really? We were given an attitude over asking for another fork, it was just ridiculous. The floor was disgusting, and the "decor" was outdated. Yes, it's only a pizza place, but it's not hard to keep up on at least cleaning your floor. I personally don't plan on...
Read moreCelebrating 35 years, Napoli Pizza finally stole my attention after countless drives by. The moment I stepped inside, the nostalgic aroma of a classic pizzeria transported me. I opted for the Brooklyn Pizza and a Chicken Cesar Salad, and both were nothing short of phenomenal.
The Brooklyn Pizza truly captured the essence of a homemade Italian pie. The sauce, bursting with fresh tomato flavor, perfectly complemented the perfectly crisped, non-greasy crust. Each bite felt authentic, like savoring a slice straight from the streets of Italy. I even snagged a single slice for later, which while not quite as awe-inspiring as the Brooklyn, held its own with its thin, crispy perfection. The Chicken Cesar Salad deserves special recognition – it's the best I've ever had from a pizza place. Freshly grilled chicken and crisp lettuce made for a delightful and satisfying accompaniment.
Needless to say, Napoli Pizza has earned a permanent spot on my...
