I was leaving the gas station down the street and I spilled my sons drink as I pulled out. So I drove down business 41 and thought, oh I will pull into the new shopping center and check it out. To my suprise there was a donut shop and it was open at night! Very excited I cleaned up the mess and I went inside. There was another customer there as I inspected the yummy looking treats. The lady in front of me ordered donut wholes, and left. I was looking at the price menu and was a little confused. I saw some pretty cool design donuts like spiderman, and others for Christmas holiday. I asked about the half dozen pricing, and then ordered. When I ordered a spiderman donut she told me that "those as extra", hmmmm, ok. How much extra? There 3.50 each, hmm ok so 1 donut out of the dozen and 3.50, NO, 1.00 extra and a donut from half dozen, hmmm, ok wow I said in my head. I Then asked about the filled donuts and was told one 1 allowed in half, 2 in full, hmm ok. So I finished and I said I sure am excited to have a donut shop out here, but man donuts have gotten expensive. The lady worker said, yeah everything is expensive these days, and how do you think we get the ingredients to make the donuts. Hmmmm, ok, just conversations lady, my goodness, and then it happen. The lady worker said well there all hand made, đ€, I saw well yeah all donuts are hand made aren't they? At least from a donut shop, im not at Save Mart lady! She took my payment and with no receipt walked away, no thanks, come again, nothing. Well my excitement for the new donut shop was all but over, and now was replaced with pure disrespect. I asked for my receipt as I wanted to make sure she did not overcharge me. The worker lady turned around with pure discussed, and then it happened again. I said ya know if you treat your customers like this you might not have alot at the end of the day. The worker lady said nothing, handed me my receipt and I was officially done. Rather drive to Fresno to get donuts then to get "hand made" over priced donuts with disrespect on your face. I got the hand made donuts home and the fulled donuts had no filling, and the donuts were some of the worst I've had, and thats saying alot as i use to eat 2 day old donuts when i worked at a car dealership, lol. Run from this place, and do yourself a favor and just drive to Fresno for donuts, and save yourself the overpriced disrespect of thier hand...

Read moreLiterally just left minutes ago, never in my experience of shopping for dessert or pastries or any food establishment. Have I ever written a review this fast as a very unpleasant visit by far. Woman behind counter, donât know if it was Judy at the shop or just some random lady supporting Judyâs donuts but 0 stars 100%, just alone for poor customer service ethics. Walked in presented we were 1st timers. No advocacy of promoting whatâs to offer or suggestions. Woman just continues to rush just pick what you want demeanor. I asked of her can she provide me a pricing because Iâm sure specialty donuts tend to run more. She states theyâre all different. The 3 of interest I pick were all same pricing. I continued to keep well mannered gestures and buy my family donuts versus walking out and not supporting a local shop. At the end prompt of boxing the donuts she throws in a donut of her choice as if it made the tension de-escalate. Cute incentive but random thought at the end it wouldnât save this establishment from a detractor review. We finished the transaction and exchange. But I wasnât presented a receipt. She walks away, I looked puzzled along with my companions. I asked for a copy of receipt. She turns around provides me a partially halved receipt thatâs missing some legibility then turns around and murmurs a rant in a different language dialect. In doing so Judyâs I salute to your establishment and hope your shop changes direction on how you tend to allow staffing to give potential supporters or customers poor service. Doesnât take common sense to do the simplest task of...
