McDonald's — Restaurant in Fresno

Worst customer service/management. Go to a different McDonald’s. I went here last night and when my order was being taken I kept being put on hold, was told they didn’t have McDoubles and then she misheard and was like oh yes we have McDoubles. So I get to the first window to pay and ask for my receipt because no one repeated my order back to me and I was told to get my receipt at the second window which does not make sense. Anyways so I get to the second window and get my order and when checking the order which I paid $49 for I was missing a spicy McCrispy. When I brought it to the teenagers attention at the window she told me I did not order a McCrispy because it was not on my receipt and I told her yes I did that whoever took my order didn’t sound like they knew what they were doing. So she closes the window comes back a few seconds later and tells me to pull to the front I told her I was not pulling to the front because it was not my error. She again closes the window comes back a couple minutes later to tell me I need to leave or “security” was going to come. I told her that was fine. A few minutes later a “manager” comes and asks what was going on I explained to her the whole situation also the poor customer service I received from the little girl at the window and she told me she has excellent customer service and that doesn’t sound like her and Also told me that in order to get the missing item that I would need to go through the drive thru again which makes ZERO sense when it was not my error to begin with and I was willing to pay for the item that they missed. In the end I did not receive the missing McCrispy and when getting home I was able to look at my receipt more closely and she charged me for an order of McNuggets that I did not order. So I am assuming she misheard AGAIN and put me down for a McNugget instead of a McCrispy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS MCDONALDS!!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR...

Also want to edit 09/01/25. It says 24 hours. It’s not. Change your damn hours so people don’t waste their time.

I swear it never ceases to amaze me on how pathetic a multi billion dollar company can be. As the hours go by McDonalds and its work force get stupider. Disgusting to think that some of the laziest workers are about to get paid $20 hr starting. In my rant for today. I purchased my whole family food through the app which states this location is open via drive thru until 11pm. I spend my real hard earned money only to show up and the store be closed. The closing leader sees me in the drive thru and just yells we are closed even though i am flashing a mobile order in my hand. No apologies no explanation on how to get my money back. Nothing. As i pull out of the drive through i see another frustrated client whom just experienced the same situation as me. I am now out of my hard earned money but the $20 hr associate is getting paid closing the business ahead of schedule. This locations work hours were also validated on Google and i dont want to hear any excuses that its the holidays because we all know a company as large as McDonald's has teams to adjust that on the fly just like every other major American company. This is 100% Location leadership failure. Enjoy your $20 hr while myself and a patron are out of ours. Feels like...

i’m 15 and i called in for an interview. when i went to my interview i remember precisely the person who interviewed me asked me my age and i know i said 15 even then i remember saying my date of birth was 2006. so when she finally said i was hired and to go to the orientation a couple days after i got everything ready . i needed an ID so i woke up at 5 am got a temporary one and got out around 9 pm. then i needed a food handler card to work around food so i spent 2-3 hours working and writing down notes so i didn’t fail my exam at the end . which i ended up passing . i then needed to get oil resistant shoes which cost like $12 , i didn’t mind that part . but when it was time for orientation i had my dad take a day off his work just to drive me from fresno , all the way to Clovis to have me sign ALL this paperwork , gave me the clothes , gave me the hours then when my dad was WAITING around the area and finally picked me up , couple minutes later i got a call saying i can’t even work there anymore because of my age and i can come back next year when i turn 16 .

all though i know i can do this i knew i can get a job . this really bummed me out because i got exited and got my hopes up but i guess . i don’t even know why you have to be 16 when people who are 12-15 can get work...
