Panda Express — Restaurant in Fresno

I placed my order, she wrote it on the plate then I had to wait for food to be cooked and she did NOT serve in my plate what I wanted, I told both the girls nicely I was missing an item then one of them, not the one that served my plate acted like she couldn't hear me asking me "what, I don't get it??" 4 times and I explained to her those 4 times after she was done rolling her eyes she told me she won't give me the item that I asked for if it wasn't on my receipt and that I had to pay extra if I wanted it. But why would I pay extra if I placed the order correctly and told her specifically what I wanted?? The attitude she gave me was really disrespectful and disgusting. I can't believe she is working there and having the worse customer service. I had work in restaurants myself and I have always been professional and respectful to the customers not matter the situation. I definitely won't be coming back to this location and let me tell you I come here twice or 3 times a week ordering not just food for myself but I always buy 2 family meals and sodas expending $100 to $120 each visit. NOT WORTH COMING TO...

Me and my wife went for some food the girl serving our food, totally forgot about us and did not finish filling our tray because other customers came in after us we Sat there waiting watching as everyone after us came were being served and our plates were sitting on the counter... so I asked her why haven't our plates been filled and pointed at them so she got upset and said to me that I didn't want to pay and then that we went to the bathroom but yet our plates were still not filled... very bad experience at this panda express we return and I see that same girl I will walk out I will not go to this panda express as long as that same girl is working.... she is a lier and doesn't have people skills working in a place like this... and if you read more reviews one customer says that they were not allowed to use the restroom because it's for employees only... she need to be fired......

Besides having great food let me tell you my story.... on 1/14/20 the night crew is absolutely amazing they did a good deed and they need to be acknowledged for this ! I lost my debit card at the store I was stressing and desperately needed to find it because I needed to stop and put gas immediately when I got to the gas station ... I had a message from “yeng” on fb who said Ms Ramirez we found your card ... this night crew took the time to search for me on fb , they remembered how I looked and contacted me immediately. I felt so happy to see that Panda Express has employees who are genuine , and honest I don’t know there names but all the crew that was working that night went above and beyond to help me I am so greatful for that ! Great Job guys I hope your upper management reads this review and applauds you guys for the good deed u have done...
