Robertito's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Fresno

Went here tonight for a quick dinner I ordered asada fries and a CHIMICHANGA burrito, me and my wife ordered and asked for the toppngs(sour cream,guacamole, and Pico ) on the side since we had a drive to make still. cashier was rude as all hell and when our order came, the Asada fries were fine but I had a burrito drowned in red sauce, which flooded our bag. we had no toppings in the bag, went back In to get our toppings and let them know I did not order a wet burrito the cashier tried to tell me that's how their CHIMICHANGA comes. I explained how the CHIMICHANGA comes everywhere else usually (topped with sour cream guacamole and sometimes lettuce with/without a slice of tomato, OH AND ITS DEEP FRIED !!) so while she's asking the "chef" to remake it he starts talking loudly In Spanish slamming dishes around you know "being professional " after we got our corrected order we noticed again they didn't give us our extra red and green sauces we paid for but I needed to leave cuz their unprofessional personalities and attitudes were making me angry I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION !! I would recommend just getting a burger across the way at BURGERS ON MAIN they are a nice and professional staff

P.S. the sourcream was so watered down my daughter's thought it was ranch dressing when...

Few minutes of pretending that i didnt exist at the counter.. I finally place an order....Total was 12.70, gave a 20.00, get back exactly 7.00 "thank you have a nice day" she walks away. I'm looking bewildered "excuse me? The rest of my change?" RELUCTANTLY opens the register and pulls out a quarter and a nickel "have a nice day..." (which clearly ment she intentionally withheld my coin change.) I said "I can't leave yet still waiting on what I paid for" with a chuckle. Few minutes pass again and my order is up. I say clearly "may I have 3 green salsas please?" She walked over grabbed 1 green an 1 red and AGAIN "thank you have a nice day". UPDATE: She was fired for being a thief.😂 Turns out Robertito's actually does have standards. You'd think the restaurant would have a biased standpoint but evidently not. The owner is a cool guy who knew exactly who I was...

First employee was using her phone and I was waiting to order. Then veggie nachos with no meat, they raised the price from $7.99 to $11.99. They used to not charge for those jalapeno and carrots. They started charging for those long time ago. Now they are charging for salsa too. They are even worse than taco trucks. Nobody charge for salsa. And price of nachos with no meat is ridiculous. That's why restaurant was empty. Yard House don't even charge that much. I think other reviews are right. They had a new ownership I think a few years ago. Whoever took over ruined the whole restaurant chain. We used to love going to robertito's on Blackstone and gettysburg Avenue. Now we barely go to any robertito once a year I guess. But...
