Won't be going back to this location.!! The girl employee was extremely rude to me I don't know what the issue was. First of all if you have multiple customers food In front waiting for whatever reasons you shouldn't start my order because it will also be sitting and getting cold.!! But that's besides the point.!! The real issue is being disrespectful and passive aggressive to customers. I asked for chicken and she said we don't have anymore when there was a pan behind her.!!! Her coworker looked at her and said you have some behind you and she ROLLED HER EYES and ignored him he said it again and with attitude she turned around to get it while she mumbled.!! So she was being a child and trying to pretend they didn't have chicken to I guess upset me.!!! I mean you’re in customer service you can’t act like that.!! Anyways moving forward....We all know chipotle is stingy with portions but this girl was extremely stingy with my chicken not even close to the normal amount they give you. I politely asked can I have a LITTEL BIT EXTRA .!! She goes you want extra and gave me an attitude and a look!! I said no just a little tiny bit more ( b/c it wasn't even the right amount to begin with). She passively puts one chicken in my taco.!! Which is down right rude and uncalled for.!! Even her coworker looked at her in disbelief like what are you doing... right then I just left. I'm not paying for disrespect, attitude and to be treated like that.!! I don't know what her problem was that day maybe she's having a tough day but don't treat customers like that .!! I ended up calling the manger and he seemed not to care.!! He just said okay sorry yeah sorry but didn't seem genuine at all.!! I will be talking to corporate not to get anything out of it but hopeful so they can see how that store is being run and how customers are being treated.!! Wont be back to this location but will...
Read moreFirst impressions of the place was terrible. First all of the tables were dirty with food remains. I understand that they don't clean the tables every second but each and every one of them were covered with lettuce and other food scraps and with the perfect view they had of all the table I'm surprised that no one went "maybe we should clean the tables for the next crowd of people".
Second some of the employees were really sloppy with the handling of the customers food, especially with mine.The first guy was nice to explain my choices of meats and chicken but for some reason gave me a really small portion of rice, but the guy was cool either way so I didn't bother with it and probably could have ask for more either way. Afterwards some lady with attitude and red hair (or close to red at least) and literally put about two ice cream ball scoops of guacamole and even spilled it outside of the bowl, REALLY?! And on top of it all they didn't even close the bowl property, which lead to the liquid inside of it spilling out to the paper bag and my car and as soon as I got out of the car and picked up the bag it broke and the bowl opened and spilled food all over my car, which I even vacuumed and cleaned that day and had to take it back to reclean the inside.
I love Chipotle but the little things like not closing the lid of the bowl properly costed me more time than what I needed to spend to clean my car. The only reason I even went to this Chipotle was because the one at Preston road is temporarily closed until further notice and had to settle with the closest one nearby, if that one opens again please go to that one instead of this since theyve always take proper care of the food. Read moreI asked if I could get the hot salsa on the side because it leaks out the bottom of the quesadilla container and ALWAYS gets put in sideways where it leaks into other food contents and in the bag. The manager talked to me very slowly and like I was stupid. I tried to explain to her she told the woman working the to go counter to just put it in a bowl and so she was going to put it ALL together in a bowl and I just wanted the hot on the side. I tried to be nice just saying “ok maybe im not understanding” because she said she did tell her that which I then repeated. She said “that’s what I told her” very rudely and walked off. So then the woman working the Togo counter put it all in the bowl WITH the hot sauce inside just like I was trying to explain to her was going to happen. The woman working the register apologized and was able to fix it. She was super friendly. I gave two stars for her. The manager was unprofessional and rude. It seems in recent interviews others have also had an issue with her. I would never speak to my customers like that, let alone for something that wasn’t even a big deal. Especially because it was written in the order. I have recently started having issues with this location and have started to prefer the one off 121. I will be making the extra drive to avoid people like her, especially after a long day of work myself. i understand everyone has their bad days, but this was the last negative experience here for me.
