I love the owner and the women working on the weekend, however think that some of the women working on the weekdays aren’t as helpful, informed, or engaging to interact with. My friend found a hat in the color she wanted (but there was only two left) and they were already designed. We asked if she could simply remove the pins and etc attached and design it herself, or buy the hat plain- and was told we could do neither. I don’t really think this is a good or practical business method, as you can make more money off of someone wanting to redesign the hat than buy it pre-designed. We were told that my friend would be contacted when more of those hat colors came in, but this has happened before and she has never been notified. As well, I own a couple of the pins I found there, and think that they’re being up charged by a lot (I’ve bought some for 1 dollar online and they’re being sold here for 25 dollars). Writing for my wife. She was very excited to get a hat made here and has been saving up to get one. The service was poor and we felt very unattended. At one point the employees were making eye gestures to each other when we asked if someone could help. At no point did anyone offer. Had to go and get two employees separately that were standing at the front. Ended up purchasing the hat which she loves but thought the experience would be different. Felt like we were not...

We held an event for my daughter in the event room and afterwards we went into the hat bar to make some custom hats. I just want to give a shoutout to Priscilla for making our experiences great ones, as it was our first time doing something like this. She was patient and a visionary! Her professionalism and outgoing personality added so much value to our experiences! We will be back with friends to experience this! Thanks Priscilla for our awesome hat-making...
