We tried this place in search of the best croissant sandwich and they placed pretty high! We tried 4 different ones, the Lox, egg saint, ham and cheese, and the Becky. Becky was my least favorite but still really good. They were a little smaller than I anticipated from looking at the croissants in the display, but delicious nonetheless. They were flaky and buttery and fresh. I did notice they trim the ends off them, which was a little disappointing as that is the best part! This could be due to the fact that we got them to go though, so they fit the containers better. We also got a hot caramel macchiato, half sweet, and it was really good. I like my coffee hot, and lots of places make them Luke warm and serve them in to go cups, but they served it in a real mug and nice and hot. The coffee was a bit more of a medium roast, and I prefer dark, but I really enjoyed it. The hub got a dirty London fog, normal sweetness, which was a tad too sweet for us, but we like less sweetness than the average person. Overall we enjoyed this place and will definitely be back! The people working here were super helpful and friendly as well, and it wasn't at all overly busy for a Saturday morning. Definitely recommend this place!

A friend of mine and I happened upon this place when we were looking for a coffee shop to meet and catch up. We prefer to visit the local shops as opposed to the big chains like Starbucks. We previously enjoyed going to Golden Boy Coffee and were disappointed to learn that they closed, but we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this shop. I had the iced matcha latte and it was absolutely delicious. Most matchas aren't sweet, but this one was perfectly balanced and my friend said she will l likely get it the next time we go. They have a small menu but the food is really good. We got the avocado toast with bacon and the egg over easy. The bread was toasted perfectly - not too hard and not too soft and just the right amount of butter for flavoring. The bacon was also not too crispy or soft. The ladies did a really great job with the drinks and the food and provided excellent recommendations. My friend and I are looking forward to our next catch up meeting and will definitely be heading to this coffee shop again.

I have a new favorite breakfast spot!!! The girl who took my order was literally so nice, like she was so soft spoken and kind her energy was angelic. The blueberry iced matcha was not sweet but that’s okay because one of my worst pet peeves are drinks that are way too sweet. The matcha was super strong too and good quality as opposed to many places where the matcha is super light green and not dark enough. I got the egg saint with cheddar cheese and avocado- when I tell y’all the croissant was perfectly flakey, the egg and cheese were perfectly soft scrambled and melty, and the aioli gave it a perfect underlying flavor that wasn’t overly rich or overwhelming- it was delicious. The almond croissant was yummy but I did taste a lot of almond extract it could’ve been a bit more subtle. I’m pregnant and already picky so I’m so happy I have a new breakfast spot, I cannot wait to come back here.

I was here for 3 hours so I have a lot to say... brace yourself!

I've been on the search for a good place to study that also served Vietnamese coffee (for my boyfriend). We stopped by around 11am on a Saturday and it wasn't terribly packed. There was an adequate number of outlets with a variety of seating-- booths, tables, high top tables.

The first thing you notice is the aesthetics. If I had to describe the vibe, it'd be industrial chic?

I'm more of a tea drinker, so I got a London Fog. They didn't have this on the menu, but they had Earl grey tea and milk so voila! I was charged $2.95 which is the price of the hot tea.

Kendall, our cashier, was very sweet. I try to avoid single-use plastics, so I asked if she could put my drink in a mug instead of a disposable cup, and she happily obliged. I asked for water later and again, she was able to give me a mug instead. She even dropped by my table to refill my water!

Unfortunately, the London Fog had too much milk so it overpowered the taste of the tea even though I let it steep for awhile. This is understandable since I ordered something off-menu. I'll try the hot chocolate next time! My boyfriend, who's Viet, loves the strong taste of Vietnamese coffee, but he said this one was not as strong as he liked :(

I wanted to try the Cinnamon Sugar Cronut when I arrived, but they were sold out and were making more. I asked about it twice while I was there and finally got to try one when it was done. It was soft, airy, and fluffy, but strangely moist in the middle. I would have liked more cinnamon sugar on it.

I hadn't mentioned anything, but Kendall came to apologize to me because she just tried the cronut and admitted that the quality was not up to par with their usual standards. She offered to make it up to me the next time I come back with one that they're proud of. I really appreciate the initiative she took to address something like this and for accommodating my requests.

There are 2 gender neutral bathrooms; both were clean. But only the one located on the left has a full-body mirror. You're welcome, ladies :)

I am giving 4 stars despite the exemplary service because I have yet to find a fav menu item but love that they are working on being more consistent. I look forward to coming back to try some savory food items (The Grinder or Hangry Vegan banh mi) and...

3rd update- I have increased my review to 4 stars, they serve many options now and have opened on Mondays. They were also very allergen friendly to my sister (gluten) and myself (dairy) with their drinks and food as much as what's on the menu.

Update This is really unfortunate, because again I like their coffee, but they no longer allow to modify their food menu and I must reduce this review to 2 stars. I can no longer eat their breakfast sandwich because they will no longer allow modification to replace their bun made with Milk, to a sourdough bread without milk even though they have other items using the sourdough. Now all of their menu options have dairy and they won't make exceptions. Too bad.

Orig 3 star review I absolutely love their coffee and crossiants and their breakfast sandwich. Why the 3 stars? They only stay open until 3, and then they switch menu at 11am and don't serve breakfast anymore. Then they are closed on Mondays. Lots of restrictions that are unnecessary. If you continue to only stay open till 3 why switch menus? Lots of people have different schedules and different food allergies that only support your breakfast menu. This location with the expansion of the star and everything that is here could support them to stay open till 6 or 7pm and open up on Monday! I'll continue to come and support them because the coffee is good and if I can get here before 11am continue to eat their very good...

I just want to say that I rarely post reviews, but this coffee shop was such a joy to visit, I had to say something about it. First of all, I want to thank you so much for offering a Vietnamese iced coffee that you make from scratch, one cup at a time. I love Vietnamese coffees but I don't like them too sweet. The majority of coffee shops that offer them tend to pre-make it, so if you want to change up the sweetness levels, they either can't do it, or they mix it with regular iced coffee and then you lose out on the strength/boldness of the coffee. Well I finally found a place that makes it to order and I was able to get it half sweet and it was DELICIOUS! Not even a hint of bitterness in the coffee, but super strong and chocolatey finish, it was perfect. Then, the croissant. They are just as good as everyone says, however, on top of them being good, they also are not super sweet. I got an almond one and it was delicious and mildly sweet, so I was able to eat the whole thing without feeling gross after. Awesome experience, you guys are doing it right. The only downside is your store hours. I unfortunately cannot come as often as I would like to due to the limited store hours, but whenever I am able to make it, I...
