Dog Haus Biergarten — Restaurant in Frisco

This is my second time ordering from this location. I used to visit the Richardson location before it closed. I ordered from their website and choose delivery. The order was submitted, I recieved an email with the confirmation and was told it would be delivered at 8:03p. Then I received a text from Dog haus stating they are running behind and it now be delivered at 8:06-8:21pm. At 8:25 I had no heard from anyone nor an email. I called and Ron stated he couldn't find the order. He talked to me for 7 mins explaining he couldn't find the order - that the driver was standing there waiting for the order and showed him the order details. I told him I ordered from Dog Haus website and not Door Dash. He then said he found it and some non english speaking driver had picked it up. Ron said he would re make the order I just had to pick it up he told me it would be ready in 15 mins. My husband left to pick it up and then Ron calls me and says they can't remake my family's order and that I had to contact the delivery service - which I didn't contact in the beginning. He said it wasn't on them. What customer service - I would understand if I had ordered it thru Door Dash but I didn't I ordered it thru Dog Haus whoever they chose to deliver the food is on them - just like it would be if I placed the order on Door Dash. Disappointed in their excuses and lack of any...

Such kind people and always incredibly tasty food! We have not dined in but have ordered pick up and delivery often. My husband's fave is the Cajun Breakfast Burrito, I love the Holy Aioli Burger, and my son always gets the Hot Dog and Hot Fries. When I've picked up, everyone is always so nice and when we've ordered delivery, it always arrives fresh and hot and tasty through Uber! I made a mistake this evening and accidentally placed a pick up order instead of delivery. After 45 minutes, I checked my order and realized I had made a mistake. I called the store and told them what had happened. When I explained we were not feeling well which is why we had intended to place a delivery order, the manager was incredibly kind and brought our order to us himself right away! I am still overwhelmed by this unexpected and kind act! Thank you so much for going above and beyond...the comfort food...

My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 for the food is just personal preference, but I see why others would enjoy it.

First time coming so wanted to sample a couple different things on the menu.

Cowboy Dog: delicious toppings, great toasted bun, I would prefer a slightly less girthy sausage, but that's just me, I bet a lot of people like how thick it is.

Mini corn dog: great batter, not too much. Feels like the same sausage, just half the length of the big boys.

Cheeseburger slider: great smash burger style on the meat, slathered in a good amount of sauce and grilled onions.

Tots: almost perfect. Great crisp on the outside, nice and pillowy on the inside with just a little bit of chew. Had to add a little salt because I like it salty like that.

Definitely coming back for more, maybe try a different sausage style next time but I loved my first experience at...
