The food was good, but over priced. From the moment we ordered, our experience went down hill. We ordered and the young man threw salad in a two bowls, then walked away and started cutting a green bell pepper. First time here, I thought we would work our way down deciding what we wanted in our salad. We stood their baffled. We finally decided to sit while we watched the workers not communicate with eachother and lost in what they were doing. We finally got our food, they didnt know I didnt pay. I explained my frustration and they brushed it off as a had to remind them that I needed to pay. The environment, they tried. They tried to have a nice design to their decor, however... the tables are long and have stools for seating. If you have children THIS IS NOT SAFE seating. The high chairs are too low for the table, my 15 month old could have easily hit her head or mouth on the table if I didnt pull her far away from the table and had to feed her myself even though she was capable if she had a SAFE area. This restaurant could have invested in the taller high chairs, but did not. I am glad that I did not bring my 7 year old because he would have fallen off of the stools, as I was thinking this to my self a girl maybe 5 or 6 years old fell off a stool, spilled her drink all over , and then slipped in it. Thankfully, she did not get hurt. Again, NOT SAFE FOR KIDS!!!! To top it all off, no diaper changing table in either restroom. I will not return, with or without my family unless they get their workflow and customer sevice improved, and MAKE THIS PLACE SAFER AND MORE...
Read morePlease fire the middle aged short hispanic woman. I love snappy salads, but my last two experiences were bad. I used to work in the restaurant industry for years, so I understand cutting people slack, and I'm never rude when I have a concern. That's why I didn't write this review the first time. When I tell her I'd like a wrap but I'd like to modify it, she ZOOMS SO FAST with as little talking as possible when there's nobody behind me, and when it's not even close to closing time. Whenever somebody else makes my wrap, they put the full portions in. She takes the tongs and puts a tiny bit of quinoa in instead of using the scoop. I nicely ask to have a full scoop, and she rolls her eyes as if I'm being difficult. Same with every other ingredient. I'm paying for full portions, so I would like full portions. Then she ZOOM ZOOMS over to the dressing and dumps it in before I tell her that I wanted a different one. Eye rolls again. Then she ZOOM ZOOMS over to pack it up and gives me the sweet potato chips when I tried to flag her down and tell her I wanted the tortilla chips. More eye rolls. What is this lady late for?? She obviously hates her job or people in general and that is very sad. Those experiences put a damper on my day and I don't love that. There are plenty of people out there who want a job and know what customer service is. Please hire one of them instead. Sadly from now on I have to drive somewhere else out of my way to enjoy Snappy. Read moreTerrible customer service from Haley and the General Manager. Salads are great but their service needs major help. On Several occasions I have ordered fresh cooked sweet potato chips with my salad and never had a problem getting them cooked fresh. However the past 2 times I have visited the Frisco location on Main Street and the Tollway, Haley the manager has not only refused to make them but would rather spend her time over the salad bar being rude to me as a customer. Other times when I’ve ordered these fresh sweet potatoes, I have had very nice people who have had No Problem preparing them. This is a healthy eating establishment and this type of request should not be out of the ordinary. This literally takes no more than 10 mins to prepare. Also I was the only person in line so there was no one waiting other than me. Very Rude Management! On top of this a general manager was standing right there supporting her behavior!! Wow! Haley has made my experience at this location very uncomfortable and makes me wonder how many more customers have treated this way and just not taken the time to post a review.
