UPDATE Feb 2024: Finally we got back for Sat lunch and a good one. Got the manager's special 1/2 sandwich with cup of soup. I enjoyed the return of chicken rice soup (see photo). Added bonus was cashing in on deli points and got brownie. Salad bar looked good for another meal. Yummy cone of soft ice cream included in meal. UPDATE Mar 2021 Return visit after much too long. We got our usual meals and soft serve ice cream of course. Not many for weekend lunch hour compared to previous visits here and other locations. Customers are missing out as the food and service is excellent. Signs on doors for customers to wear masks but when I asked about it the staff didn't seem to care. So customer option I guess. Most customers did wear masks except when seating at tables. Lots of virus mitigation in effect so its a safe place to eat. 2015: First visit this location and third one visited in Collin County. Consistent excellent service and food at this and other locations. Staff quickly takes your order and food was ready very promptly during a busy Sat lunch hour. Very popular with families as there is something on the menu for all. Clean up crew gets your dirty dishes picked up as soon as finished. Rudest employees ever who are careless. I had applied to work here and filled out an application then called, a woman had answered and said she would schedule me an interview with a girl named Jessica. Fast forward I do the interview and Jessica says they will call me back to do a 2nd interview with the owner. Someone calls me and schedules me for the second interview (this is where everything bad happens). I arrive and a lady with black and gray hair in a bun told me someone will be with me in a moment after I had told her I was there for my second interview. So I sit down and 40 MINUTES pass and still no employee there to talk to me.. End up leaving and calling them and telling them that I arrived for my 2nd interview and waited for 40 minutes and no one showed up, he was polite and said someone would call me back, still have not received a call or anything back from them.

Terrible service and a VERY BAD first impression to give to someone who wants to work at your business.

Also yes I did come to the right location because someone literally interviewed me.. Some lady with a bun and a rude attitude just told me to have a seat somewhere and someone will be with me and then I see her just walk out (I assume her shift ended). Rudest response you could give to someone who’s reviewing this place and thinking of getting...

I love Jason’s deli… now I remember why I never come to this one on 121, they have the worst service and attitude of all other Jason’s delis.

Picked up a Ruben the Great, they forgot to put any dressing on it… my son and I tried to eat it, not possible… anyone knows Ruben sandwich must have sauerkraut and dressing, or it would just be a corn beef sandwich.

I went back ask for Russian dressing, was rudely answered by an older big man behind the counter,, clearly a manager of sort, it’s thousand island dressing, he said… ok, ok, I’m from the east coast, we use Russian dressing on Rubens. My sandwich didn’t have any, please give me some.

He half way fill up a tiny plastic container, I asked for little more, he said that’s all you get normally, I asked please give me another container, he mumbled and complained… reluctantly fill the 2nd container with a little bit of dressing.

That was not necessary… because they forgot something, I had to drive back to get it, he didn’t apologize for their mistake, Instead, I have to take the abuse.
