McDonald's — Restaurant in Frisco

Ok We’re do I start !!! hhhhmmm well the lady at the window were you give your money too gets 100 stars she has very Great customer service so I posted for my food and drive to second window Were there this nice handsome Hispanic guy there who hands me my food and so me being hungry I tried to eat some and they were hard a so hands him the fries back out of the bag and asked him can I get fresh fries please but he didn’t Understand a word I had said cuz he doesn’t no any English but I was fine with that but he starring at me looking crazy then I was pointing at the fries and then Madena Madea I don’t know how to properly pronounce her name but she comes to the window and look and say what’s wrong I said I want fresh fries she say ok told me to pull up so I pull up and me being hungry I go for a bite of my nuggets and they were dried out and so now I’m checking my buger and the bun was so hard as if had been sitting there some time so I’m like let me get out so I can get fresh everything which I didn’t understand why I didn’t the first time cuz it was only 1 car ahead of me but anyways I goes in and this lady said Clear as day what I said and what what this I want fresh food and showed her the bun was hard on my buger and told her my nuggets was dried out and she say ok as I go back to wait in my car soon as I get to the car the man comes out and tries to hand my food I tell him no sir you can send it out with the rest of my food but if course this man don’t know no English but I blame the lady in the grey sweater cuz I just gave my food back to your rude self and you let this man who you know don’t know English bring my fries out without the rest of my food so now I’m like let me go in and wait for my food so about 3 minutes later she say a hears your food I m like what so I waited and was looking at her like no I’m sorry bout that and thank you for coming no nothing so I started walking towards the door and turnt around and asked her what was her name and she hesitated to tell me but finally told me after I asked her 3 times so I’m walking back to the door to go to my car the lady gon say thank you right as me opening the door and I said clearly and loudly it’s too late for that cuz she had thought about it she only said thank you cuz she realize why I asked for her name like sometimes you can have a great business but when you have poor customer you lose customers and I’m saying that to say I love the $5 deals but I will never eat there again and not because of the good cuz they made it right but that lady piss me off so bad and to think she’s a shift lead...

The setup and atmosphere is great here, and the facility seems very clean. This is a McDonald's where everyone orders from the giant menu screens on a pillar.

Unfortunately, whether it is a normal occurrence or they just happened to be shorthanded, we took our 'table tent' (table order number) and sat in the PlayPlace so that our kids could play while we waited. The table tents specifically state to place it on your table and they will bring your food to you. However, after waiting for about 15 minutes, wee went to check at the counter and our order had been sitting there getting cold for who knows how long. Additionally, they didn't include the happy meal that we'd ordered (they fixed this for us when we let them know). Once we were seated, I realized I hadn't requested any sauces with my meal. I went back to the front and waited politely so as not to interrupt anyone else's order pick-up (there was no cashier at the only register, and the workers were NOT entertaining any customers at the front counter). When I finally managed to catch the worker's attention while she was bringing another tray of food to the counter, she was able to give me a couple, but they did not seem able to keep up with everyone going on, and never spoke a word to me.

Just an unusual experience, and not what I'm used to at McDonald's.

UPDATE: So after everything above, I have them another shot since the fam wanted ice cream. We ordered it specifically for "mobile order table service"... Wanna guess what happened? Very unsatisfactory. McDonald's OUT TO JUST MAKE A BUCK. I was going through the drive through last night. looking over the menu I couldn't decide between the classic Big Mac or the Double Quarter Pounder. I decided to go with the DQP. Hi-C orange no ice. I noticed the price that rang up was different than the price on the drive through menu. I explained that to the person taking my order the price they were trying to charge me is not the price showing on the menu. I then changed my order to the Big Mac. I took a picture of the menu item and would show it to the person taking my order at the window. When I got to the window it happened to be a manager that took my order . I'm thinking okay I have proof that menu item is this surely he will be reasonable. After showing him this is what your menu board has and I would really like that item all he said was this is what it cost the price listed is wrong an that he would go fix it. so I countered and said thats not my issue this is what I see it listed as and can I get it at that price. again he said no so at that point as he was trying to hand me my drink for my replacement order I decided I didn't want to do business at this place if they are trying to haggle me over a buck for...
