Sharetea — Restaurant in Frisco

Sharetea in Frisco Texas was a fabulous time! I originally came for the boba, but was also recommended their DELICIOUS chicken nuggets as well. I was beyond shocked with how fast everything was and after just a sip of my “WinterMelon Crema” milk tea I was overflowed with happiness and joy. It was like drinking boba for the first time. I would even say it was like witness the holy savior itself. After drinking all of my milk tea I tried the spicy chicken nugget, and was pleasantly delighted by its flavor and just how crispy it was. It was like god gracing my mouth 🤤. After gobbling all the food in 1 minute. I asked the extremely handsome and charming (6’5) employee if I could get a napkin, he smiled so loving and caring like that it swooned over and won my heart. ♥️ Thank you Justin for the BEST experience a human could ever have. I hadn’t been to Sharetea in about a month, and when I recently stopped by to grab my favorite mango milk tea, I noticed quite a few changes. The menu had been updated, and along with all the food items, a few drinks were taken off as well, which was a bit disappointing.

I also brought in my stamp card, but the server let me know they no longer accept them since the rewards program has been discontinued. While I personally wasn’t saving up for a free drink, I can imagine how frustrating that would be for customers who were. Thankfully, the staff member I spoke to was really kind and explained everything nicely, which I appreciated.

Overall, the experience was okay, but I do miss the old menu and the rewards program it added a little something extra that made coming in...

I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service here. My drink was not made correctly, and when I brought it back to have it fixed, the employee named Matt refused to remake it. Instead he told me that I had already drunk most of it, which was insulting. I would never bring back a drink if that were the case. That is not the type of person I am.

The young woman working was very apologetic and kind, but Matt was rude and dismissive. It was only after I said I would be leaving a review that he finally agreed to make me the correct drink. The remake was fine, but this should not be how customers are treated in the first place.

This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management takes it seriously so others are not treated...
