Smoothie King — Restaurant in Frisco

The Smoothies are good and they have have a variety of healthy options. Unfortunately the drive-through experience leaves a lot to be wanted.

I ordered a single smoothie with two small modifications, and they told me to pull in front of the store and wait and that someone would bring it out to me. I waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and finally after five cars had gone through the drive-through behind me and left with their drinks I finally went inside to find out what was going on. They all looked puzzled when I went in asking about my smoothie and they did not seem to know what was going on either.

When I told him what smoothie I had ordered they handed me a drink that had been sitting on the counter for a considerable amount of time. It was a very poor experience. In the future I would recommend not asking customers to wait in front of the store unless you intend to bring them their...

I am absolutely horrified by my recent experience with smoothie king. My son has a severe nut allergy, and despite clearly stating this when placing our order, his drink was made with nuts, leading to a life-threatening situation. He ended up in the hospital because of their negligence.

This is not just a simple mistake—it’s a serious failure to prioritize customer safety. Allergies are no joke, and food establishments have a responsibility to handle them with the utmost care. I trusted this company to provide a safe product for my child, and they failed miserably.

Went through the drive-through today to order my wife a vanilla gladiator with no fruit, as I have done many times recently. Attendant insisted that I must add something. "I'm having a hard-time with your order, since we have never not added anything to the gladiator before - it would just taste like water and ice."
