UPDATED REVIEW: This place is completely different now. Can't get food the way I used to order it without an argument from the staff. Meat portions are much smaller than before (I guess out of spite for asking for queso?) Today was my LAST visit to the Fruita Qdoba.

Read moreWe have an ongoing debate in our family about whether Qdoba or Chipotle is better. After eating chicken nachos from this Qdoba, I finally conceded that Qdoba is superior to Chipotle. So delicious. The queso is just a perfect consistency and flavor. The chips are crispy with a little bit of lime. The fajita veggies are cooked to perfection with just a little bit of charring on the edges. The chicken is a little spicy and not too dry. Every ingredient is just good.
And the guac is free. I repeat. the guacamole does not cost extra. I really really appreciate getting my guacamole for free and that makes me like Qdoba way more...

Qdoba requires a 24 hour in advance policy for catering but when I called the store, both Hunter and the manager, Chris were really helpful. They provided the perfect solution and suggested I place an online order for family style dining. They then made sure the order would be ready with my tight timeline and provided the catering supplies. I couldn't be more thankful for their guidance and greatly appreciated the customer service.
