Taco Bell employees and service is always great here, my low review is because of a situation that happened when I ate there the other day. I have an issue with "upper management" not allowing employees to cut a tostada for an elderly couple that has visited this location twice a day for over 5 years. I overheard a manager telling the elderly man that he could no longer cut his tostada for him because another customer complained they were getting preferential treatment. What kind of person complains about an employee helping an elderly couple? Even worse, who is the person in upper management who decided because of that complaint the employees can no longer help this couple? Upper management needs to reverse this ridiculous decision and and allow the employees to help this couple. What is wrong with people these days? Why did they stop helping this couple because of one complaint from a person who probably complains everywhere they go. I told the manager I didn't think it was right not to help the couple and he told me he agreed but it was upper managements decision and he didn't think they would change their mind. Read moreWent here morning of 7/30. Door was open and there was no sign saying the lobby was closed. Waited 5 minutes for the manager to finally come out. She interrupted me trying to order to tell me that the lobby was closed and I should have read the (nonexistant) sign on the door. I said ok I'll meet you at the drive thru window. When I walked over there i saw she had instead walked away and gone to the side entrance I did not use to confirm that there was a sign. When she finally got to the window she then told me I wasn't technically allowed to order as a pedestrian from the drive thru window but she would allow it this one time. Read moreI'm not gonna lie, me and my family eat alot of Taco Bell. We have never had problems with this location until the last couple months. I don't know if it's under new management or they're honestly trying to save money on food cost, or what. Every single time we have ordered for the past few months (7-8 times) we have not gotten sour cream when paid for, onions on everything we asked for them not to be on, and multiple missing items from our order, every, single, time. I've tried having patience, but after every order being wrong, emailing them multiple times with no response or feed back, it's just ridiculous.
