I'm not really an Arby's guy, but since I moved close to this one I've actually found myself eating here quite often. The food is generally good and the service is as well. However, today I was extremely underwhelmed. When I got my food, the fries were cold and you could tell they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. So I went back through the drive thru and asked if I could get some fresh fries, to which they said yes.
Now this almost became a 5 star review, because not only were they accommodating, but they gave me a coupon for a free meal as well. However, when they gave me my "fresh" fries, it was abundantly clear they had just tossed the old fries in the fryer and heated them up again. I'm sure they figured most people wouldn't notice, but when you double fry things, they become very dry, as what little moisture remains after the heat lamp torture is thoroughly eliminated. In spite of this, I still almost gave a good review, because of the free meal, but then I ate my sandwich, which was not only stale, but had a hair in it as well. So now the free meal has no value, as I will likely never eat there again. 2 stars for the history of good service,...
Read moreSometimes they’re dine in only, sometimes they’re drive thru only. Today they’re “open” but not taking orders. Just as another reviewer wrote, I don’t understand how they earn revenue? They just remodeled the place despite having staffing issues for as long as I can remember, and well before Covid. At one point, they had a sign recruiting employees to start at $15 an hour? This wage is horrible!!! I’m an engineer and the most difficult job I ever had was working in retail! If this doesn’t scream poor franchisee, I don’t know what else would. Of course, brick and mortar retail is going through a transition that many business won’t recover from. This franchise is probably owned by an ownership group that is just squeezing the last bit of revenue they can until the inevitable happens. Still doesn’t explain why the group dumped money into the facility and not the people!! Other than greed!!!!! Oh, and please consider your customers time and expense to drive to the location only to find out your are not honoring your typical...
Read moreOk, I went to Arby's yesterday on 1/8/25. I went thru the drive thru but couldn't hear the man. So he had me pull up. I said I would like to add something else. He said no. You cannot add anything to your order at the window. I said why not? I couldnt hear you hardly. ok, great. He told me that corporate had just been there and told him this. I said are u new? Then, I paid for my order but didn't get any change back. I Said where's my change? He said wadded up in the receipt in the bottom of the bag. I said why? He again said it's a new corporate thing. So unless the people at corporate are extremely slow, I knew he was just making crap up as he went! If u dont let people add stuff on at the window when they can't hear at the speaker I would say that's messed up! The man at the window apparently doesn't want older people in the drive thru. How nice. I asked to talk to the manager bc there was nobody behind me in line. He said she's not available. She's making food. Ok. Well the food was good. So, Kudos to the...
